I Like how the machine has a lot of USB ports. It has a fast start up time also. I like how you can control the lights in the machine with the button on top of it. Decent amount of Display ports is another plus.

Arrived on time, not damaged, turned on okay. Switching the led light settings was a little confusing, kinda wish it had a remote or built in app control.

Totally like this computer. The only drawback I could see was that you have to purchase an external DVD player. Other than that it was a great buy.

This computer is awesome and I was able to get it same day in the middle of the coronavirus. Best Buy was great and CyberPower has been awesome too.

I must say that this pc looks great and runs fast, but I had major issues with BSOD crashes. I literally bought the pc, set it up, downloaded Steam and battle.net, launched a few games and it crashed within 10-15 minutes into each game. The BSOD messages mentioned memory issues and issues with multiple components in this build even after a fresh restore of windows. I would love to recommend this pc for the price point but sadly I can’t.

I’m happy with the purchase but it seems this machine is missing something. I gets graphic card error even though my graphics card is fine. I just feel it’s missing something.

So I bought this computer 6 months ago, and ever since I've had it it's been over heating on games really quick. At first I thought it was just the game but the specs should be way more then enough for what I've been running. And sometimes when I'm watching youtube the display will change to video format and back out of it when I leave the video. Doesn't always happen but one time it blue screened my computer wondering if anyone knows what's going on.

Was a great computer for about a month until it randomly started power cycling. Spend countless days and hours troubleshooting over the phone with CyberPower until they would issue an RMA. Had to send it in on my own dime, about $100, 2 months after purchase for hardware issues. CyberPower had to replace the CPU and both sticks of RAM. We'll have to wait and see if they were only symptoms of a larger power issue.

Much bigger than my previous built, and i absolutely love it! It had all my the desired parts into one and I have high expectations for it!

I bought this gaming computer about a month ago, and am so happy that I did.... I will definitely recommended it to all my friends.

It was a fast computer and I had great frame rates on all the games I played. It was just too noisy for my liking.

Husband plays games on it without any problems. Children love the colorful fan lights.

This is a really good computer, but im salty that it goes on sale a couple days after I bought it. I know now to just wait until its on sale, never buy full price here.

Got home unboxed with ease. Comes packaged very well, so nothing it broken. Came with mouse keyboard which nice, im sure its included in pricing.

Works like to should. Easy to set up and install. The keyboard is a bit cheap and some buttons stick.

This computer is great for our young son. He loves it. Love that it is liquid cooled at a reasonable price.

Gaming with this PC and video editing is a breeze. The only issue I had with this is online product details states it has a 3.7Ghz processor however it's a 3.6Ghz. I took the 1st one back to the store because I thought maybe the product skew numbers were mixed up but, the 2nd store had the same issue. I wish BestBuy would correct this issue on their website or honor the processor that is advertised. Gave a 3 star only because of the mix up.

Noisy on idle and felt sluggish at times. Many drivers were not documented online through CyberPowerPC

This pc is amazing, it came 4 days earlier and everything works right out the box as expected.
