i bought one and when i loaded it up it said AMD drivers were not installed the system is not working properly, i returned it and im like its probably 1 out of 1000 and i get the same one again, everything is running great no error message and i start to play call of duty on 144hz and a hour into the game i hear the fan making a lot of noise like something is hitting it and i'm like omg i'm not gonna take it a part to see what its hitting because if i do warranty would be void so now i have to return it again to get another one. i guess not cyber power again time to try a different brand.

The motherboard stopped working on the computer and would not allow any display to my monitors. I tried different monitors. I tried the removing one of the ram sticks from each slot with the manufacturer tech on the phone. There was still no available use for the pc. I understand that sometimes there will be defects, but on the product I had I would give it one star. The manufacturer I would give 4 stars to. I love the brand.

Its a pretty good computer just wish it had more ram. I do graphic design and when the pictures are very detailed, the computer cant handle it. Also, Windows 10 is one of the worst operatimg systems.

I purchased this computer because I read lots of good reviews about this computer. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi very weak and the fan very loud.

This is an amazing PC, and I was fortunate to get it at a discount price. With the 2070 Super graphics card, I rarely get any form of frame drops in modern games, especially playing on 1440p. On average I can run popular games with over 200 FPS on max settings while my monitor runs at 1440p, which is insane in my eyes. With my old gaming setup, it typically took over two minutes just to start up my desktop and reach Google Chrome. However, with this new powerful setup, I can click the power button and be on Chrome within seconds. Just an amazing feeling to have. The one minor flaw that I ran into is the fan. Whenever I first turn on the PC, it blasts the fan with a loud noise, but seconds later it is rather quiet. However, with power hungry games, the fan tends to get pretty loud, but it isn't noticeable with headphones on. Overall, I recommend this PC for people trying to reach high power with a moderately affordable price (compared to other high-ends), with the assumption that you can tolerate a bit of noise while playing games that demand a high amount of power. Although it is important to keep in mind that it is almost dead silent when you are browsing websites (not running any games or high-power consuming programs).

Worked well for a few 4 months, then started slowing down and getting BSOD. Tried doing a clean boot to fix it but all installs had corrupted files and eventually led to a BSOD. Then finally the RAM wasn't read by the mother board so nothing boots anymore. So either the motherboard fried the RAM or both sticks were faulty. Can't really say this is a good PC at this point since I'd hope it would last longer.

We purchased in store before the pick up only started. Windows 10 activation code was not included and we have issues with a few options because it is not working correctly. Unfortunately we need this for our kids school so we cannot send it back for a return right now. Called the store and they forwarded us to another tech that said this is an issue and the store we purchased it at needs to correct it and they would forward to the store GM to call me with resolution. The store never called so I called again, and was told by the store it was not their problem and forwarded me again to a tech that said again that it is a store issue and I need to take it in to the store. Unfortunately with the store bing pick up only I have to wait and hope they will fix the issue when the store opens up again. Right now we have a partially functioning computer that we hope will get fixed when we can go into the store again.

After some research, this unit comes with an RTX 2070 Super from MSI, specifically the Ventus OC edition. I thought this would do fine for AAA titles, however the thermals on this specific variant are abysmal. After downloading Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Origins to test the horsepower of this machine, I was sad to find that the card very quickly spikes to 83 degrees in MSI afterburner (Thermal Limit). This is bad for multiple reasons: - The GFX card fans spin up to almost max speed, making it audible even with headphones. - The card thermal throttles unless you tweak the thermal limit. - The other components around get warmer too, as a result. Bottom Line: If you don't play any intensive games (I don't know why you'd buy this rig if you didn't), and or don't mind thermal throttling in games, you might be able to justify this purchase. If you plan on doing any intensive gaming though, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
