The first one has some trouble with the secondary display. Then I exchange a new one, the noise of the new one is pretty loud. The online customer service can do nothing but only ask me go to Bestbuy and exchange a new one. So I have to go there again to refund it.

Absolute atrosity of a PC. Has been nothing but a cesspool of issues after getting maybe 3 months of normal use. Lags constantly on start up, has graphic card connectivity issues, loud humming/gurggling noise coming from the cooling system?, one fan is defective and will grind on occastion as the cheap garbage plastic it was made with cant hold it on its axis, one of the HDMI ports simply does not work, the stock WiFi adapter card has had to be replaced as it just simply stopped working... I have so many more I could list off but I simply dont have the time, do yourself a favor and NEVER buy CyberPower. I know I won't again.

GPU card is MSI Nvidia 2070 Super but overclock is locked. Can not overlock. You can overlock CPU but not GPU also GPU temp high 87 C on 100% process.

This is a fantastic gaming computer. If you find it on sale dont pass it up! The overall build quality is very good. The case is well made and strong and the cable management is very clean. The RTX 2070 Super is a beast of a graphics card. It will handle any game on the highest settings in 1080p and it's solid in 1440p. I am able to play Battlefield 5 on ultra settings with DX 12 and ray tracing enabled and depending on the map and what is going on in game get 85-115fps! The manufacturer says the brands of parts will vary ,but I got a MSI brand graphics card. The Ryzen 7 3700X is extremely powerful. It competes directly with the Intel i9-9900K. You cant go wrong with 8 hyper threaded cores (16 processing threads)! It is water cooled which is really nice. I could not find the brand of water cooler that is used in mine. The memory is ok. DDR4 and 16 gigs is plenty but I recieved Adata brand memory at 2666. I will be replacing the RAM with something faster in the future. The storage is also good. It came with Adata brand SSD with 240 gigs and 1 Adata 2terabyte drive. The SSD is good but not very big. It can only hold a few games and the 2Terabyte drive is great for backups. I did add another 1 terabyte Samsung evo 870 SSD to hold my games. I was very pleased with the motherboard I got with it. It is a Asus 450B-A. Great motherboard and a amazing brand. The rgb is pretty cool and there is a button on top near the power button to control the different colors. The computer is very quite both idle and under load while playing a graphics intense game like BF5 or Battlefront 2. I am actually really surprised how quite the computer is. I am very happy with the noise. Overall a fantastic gaming rig that is quite future proof. And one can always upgrade the parts as the years go by. Highly recommend getting this especially if you are lucky enough to find it on sale. You cant build it yourself for cheaper if its on sale.

A computer at this price level should operate without concern, however, since brand new, it has crashed over and over. Blue screen crashes at first and now full black screen crashes. I have had frequent communication with support, they give me lengthy commands to perform and none of it seems to work. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and have had constant problems for 8 months.

Noise, Coming hot... and lagging FPS...................1231

I originally had ordered a different PC from another company as part of a black friday deal and they sent it without its hardrive. needles to say I was no stuck looking for a new computer. I found this PC and could tell that this was a sign. This PC blows others in the same price range out of the water! Setting it up was incredibly easy and they had clear cut instructions for those who have never set up a prebuilt PC before. I was playing games like outer worlds at incredible frame rates and was honestly impressed at how low of a cost it was to achieve these speeds. At the end of the day this was a much cheaper option than building your own PC. The case is a sleek and simple design but looks great with the LED lights. It comes with liquid cooling which is great and the key board an mouse that come with will be great for most people who don' want to feel like they have to spend extra for a new set. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product and for its price is much better than many of the other pre built PCs on the market

Issues with video card ............................

price of the hardware is attractive, but the wifi was useless. every other device wifi device (including new desktop) reached speeds of 200 down, but this wifi adapter capped at 10.

stopped working after 6 months i can’t believe suck a expensive item that doesn’t work at all thanks god i have insurance and because of the pandemic i want able to returned until now more than a year later

Got it all ready for my kid for Christmas, and on Christmas Day, it starts clicking in back. The fan was broken. Trying to spin, but not spinning which created more heat inside. Will never buy Cyber Power again.

Fried motherboard out of the box. Bought this as a temporary computer but was unable to use it. If you dig deep enough you will find MANY other people have similar issues, the reviews and selectively chosen.

I bought this about two days ago. Everything so far is really good. Lightning fast but that is to be expected. I mainly only use for playing WOW retail. I have it on Ultra settings and I am getting around 75-80 FPS. No lag in the game whatsoever. Running on ultra does put a lot of pressure on the fans to perform which does create a little extra noise. I wear a headset though when I play and I cannot hear any background noise from it. Will update as time progresses

Unfortunately, this computer was dead on arrival. It wouldn't light up or boot up. It was no trouble to return though. Best Buy is amazing at that.

AMD malfunctions all the time from day 2 and on. returned it on day 3 for FULL refund. Even the tech was surprise to how bad it was. Never buy this machine. stay clear,

Bluetooth and Wifi stopped working within 6 months to one year of use, tech support at CyberPower is no help.

I would highly suggest another brand as this company, their support, and overall products are essentially worthless.

I could not play that were well below the games capacity. it was honestly terrible and im returning it today.

Had to send back. I can remember there was no operating system installed because it would not boot up.
