I'm very new into computer gaming and wanted to dive into something great, this is fantastic thus far and I'm extremely happy with the build quality and value! Best deal I've found on the internet so far!

Great PC given the specs, and build quality. Runs fast, looks pretty good and is pretty quiet. Not sure why the case is so big, I feel like they could have used a smaller form factor case, but cmon it’s a Prebuilt do we really care? My one star deduction: Due to the packing foam that was inside the case it had formed/pushed a wire to be flush with the fan side of the GPU. I didn’t realize this before operating and I thought that perhaps it was just a loud fan. NO, the cable was rubbing the fan and causing a horrible sound. After finding the issue I had to bend and clip the cable down overnight so that it wouldn’t spring back into the gpu fan. Problem solved, but definitely gave me a heart attack thinking I would have to send it back.

This tower is great for the casual game, plenty of ports for monitors, keyboard, mouse and headset. Easy to set up and looks great, especially with the RGB lighting.

The set up process was one of the easiest by far. You receive a pamphlet that details everything you have to do in order to get the pc booted up and set up properly. The PC is quiet but has so much power to it. With this super strong SSD, this pc is by far the quickest to start up out of any pc I’ve ever used. The case is extremely elegant and the lighting system is hypnotizing. Definitely recommend this build as you get good gaming power for an affordable price.

I bought this pc recently and everything works very well but it is supposed to have led lights inside the box and only at the bottom it brings them I would like that to be fixed

Came with the MSI 2070 and was perfect out of the box. Hooked it up and playing in less than 30 minutes. This thing screams.

This is a worthy successor to my previous PC I owned. I'm so darn happy with this purchase. I love Cyber Power PC'S and this one right here surpassed all my expectations. This is also my first water cooling system ever and it's so quiet I can't hear a pin drop. I highly recommend this PC.

I got this PC on Cyber Monday. When it arrived it was easy to unbox and hook up. The only issue I had was with the drives. I had to contact customer support because my ssd was acting as my main drive but they fixed it right away.

I had this gaming pc for few weeks now and I love it..fast and it handles everything I do...love how u can change the colors aslo...I would recommend this pc.

Pretty solid machine, other than the logo on the front. It just fell off, oh well! looks better

I just bought this pc the other day. Really enjoying it so far. Set up was easy and painless. Definitely recommend this pc.

Don't get me wrong, this PC is fast sleek, well built, and all that, but the reason why I gave it a 2 star is because one day, it just wouldn't start. No matter what I did. And since it was passed the returnable date, and I didn't get a coverage for it, I'd have to pay to get a Geek to fix it. So, I left it sitting there for couple weeks or maybe 3. Then one day I decided I'll make it work. I opened the PC, disconnected the power cable feeding the HDD, reconnected it, et voila! Another time, I'll switch it on, and nothing will show on my monitor. I had to disconnect, and reconnect the power many times before it came back on. Because of all the above, I will not recommend this PC to anyone. Purchase it at your own risk. If you're comfortable working on computers, then yes. If not, you might find yourself making a lot of trips to Best Buy, and lining up to see a Geek squad agent to help you, spending a lot of money, and waiting a long time to get it back.

When I received this computer I was filled with excitement, and I felt like CyberPowerPC would be a reputable brand since they have been around for so long, but how wrong I was to think this. When I hooked up the computer it had initially turned on as it should, but I did notice it was taking a while. I went through the Windows 10 initialization, and started to install software such as steam, and other applications that are normally used on a gaming PC. Once I updated some of the drivers since they were seriously outdated I was prompted to restart my computer which I did. One restarted the computer would never boot to windows again. I tried troubleshooting, I took the right side panel off to ensure the cables did not come loose from the drives, and I even tried to reinstall Windows 10, but nothing worked. The computer was bricked from ever booting again and I was incredibly disappointed and returned the computer the same day that I purchased it. To top it all off the two intake fans that were installed on the side were installed to be exhaust, so before I ever booted the machine I had to flip the fans over so they would actually intake air into the machine. I do not recommend this machine, and you should search for a different pre-build besides this one. I am sure CyberPowerPC does have some good builds, but this is not one of them. I added a couple of photos just to prove that I did have this computer. This was a horror story for me, and I would not want this to happen to anybody else.

I decided on this computer as a warranty exchange with a gaming laptop I was having problems with. I had actually intended on building a computer with nearly identical specs. Out of the box this computer is amazing. It can handle any game thrown at it at nearly 200+ fps. I also stream and game with a one pc set up using this rig and it performs as it should. I am able to stream at 1080p60fps with music playing and another monitor on displaying streams and discord and what not. It would be really difficult to build this pc yourself. I did upgrade the RAM from 16gb to 32gb and instead of the 2tb hdd I am using a 1tb ssd along with the provided 240gb ssd. It would have nicer to have seen a m.2 ssd used as stock but thats okay. I also added 3 RGB fans to the top of the case. I will mention I ONLY made these upgrades because I had money left from my warranty exchange that had to be spent in best buy. This computer did not need any of these upgrades to perform well. Overall I am so happy with this computer. The only cons I would say I have is that the mother board seems pretty generic. I will probably upgrade that down the line. There are no usb C ports anywhere on the computer. And the stock fans are pretty loud. Doesn't really bother me and if you use push to talk whilst gaming it doesnt matter. But if you play games with open mic (using usb mic) your team mates will hear the hum of your computer.

This computer is blazing fast, very powerful and very high tech. This computer has all the bells and whistles that computers with twice the price. I am just amazed with how fast and powerful it is. My son can finally play any game he wants without lag or low fps. It has amazing graphics because of the graphics card. Could not ask for a better computer or value. This is my first CyberPowerPC but will not be my last. Since this computer is so update with high end computers thankfully I wont have to replace it within couple months. This computer is also very stunning beautiful, with lots of ports for anything. It has plenty of memory, storage and speed. It has plenty of extra space needed if I wanted to expand on anything. Other computers have little faster CPU and/or graphics cards but to me were not worth the extra $thousands. I was hesitant at first on price $1300 but since last year spent $900 on Dell gaming desktop. I did not get gaming computer when I got the Dell. It didnt have graphics card needed for games and could not keep up. Dont waste money like I did on junk that cant do much more than a cell phone, buy CyberPowerPC! Yes this computer can handle VR and just about anything you want to do! Along with running many things at the same time. Straight out of the box this power horse is a winner!

Still kicking after so many years, the best pc I have ever owned, fast good for multi tasking and amazing for gaming, it wasn't the most expensive and it's fine, I am super happy.
