    Lemme tell you when ive bought this computer 2 times lmaoooo i have. Bought it the first time and the fans were spinning at full speed when the power supply was OFF!!!!!! Then returned it and got the SAME computer Hahahahahaha , then i Come home and plug the new one in and sounds like theres another problem with a fan or sounds like something is leaking. MY COMPUTER FROM 3 Years ago hasnt had a single Problem and This pc has both times ive gotten a new one. COMPLETE POOP PC (PARTS WISE) Would not recommend to anyone :))

    Not "play ready", just a hassle

    Went through two of these in the span of 24 hours. The first one had a fan LED that did not work (which wasn't a huge deal) but the biggest problem was that I had no way to activate Windows 10. Reached out to cyberpowerpc customer support and they tried to help but it still didn't work and ultimately their answer was to go through Microsoft troubleshooting. So I returned it and exchanged for another one. The second would not display anything. And I know the new monitor worked because the first one worked fine with the display. So I was told to check all the connections and power supplies and ram and ultimately it just didn't work either. So I wasted an entire day trying to fix two machines that display the words "play ready" on the box, yet it was one of the most frustrating purchases of my life. I will never buy this brand again and I suggest caution to all those who are thinking about purchasing one. Your money may be better spent elsewhere. On the positive side, Best Buy made exchanging and returning the computers a breeze and I am thankful for that.

    Went through 2 before quitting AMD completely

    I went through 2 of the same model within three days and both were broken beyond a simple fix. I switched to a better computer that's not a AMD computer and this one is working out perfectly. The first computer never came with an operating system and the second deleted its drives. The drives on this thing are horrible...

    Two poor experiences

    One update to windows and the system will not boot up. I made an exchange for the exact same PC and ended up having the same problem a second time around, on a totally NEW PC! I'm sure this company makes great products, unfortunately I happened to get the TWO needles in the hay stack.
