Received first computer with the inability to turn on. The second computer among examination does not have fans appropriately mounted to computer case. The fans had only two screws per fan vs the typical 4. Both computers sport different types of motherboards one being asrock and the other a generic motherboard. The asrock was a better board with a single m2 slot. I did like the chosen graphics card which is standard across their marketed product.

This PC was amazing from the get go. I am someone who does not know much about building PC's but you constantly hear horror stories of pre builds and after firing this computer up and using it in depth I am impressed. I was getting super high FPS and output for large games on Epic and Ultra settings. I know Fortnite is a big game still now and on Ultra Settings I was getting around 200-240 FPS and on low settings (for competitive) I was getting around 350-400 FPS. Seriously a great computer with high potential. You wont need to upgrade anytime soon!

THIS PC IS AMAZING!!! I got it for Christmas and I am very happy. Easy setup no problems. I would recommend to pick it up because its safer than letting delivery services handle it.

I have never liked pre built systems, however for the price i got this i would be a fool to walk away. Runs all my triple a games on ultra. in 3D Mark it scored better then 87% of systems. After lots of tweaking and overclocking it Scores better then 92% of all systems. I use this to twitch stream games like, Rainbow 6 Siege, GTA 5, BL3, and more. Such a good system paired up with a good 4k monitor and a vr setup. 10/10 recommend.

I've had this computer for about a year and it has been the perfect companion for WFH and Gaming. I've upgraded the Ram, Added a M.2 SSD and this came with the perfect combination of Processing Power, Ram, Storage and video card for all my work from home and gaming needs. It has also been fantastic for my Video Editing and Lightroom editing and handles 4k no problem. I also got this on sale so it was even a greater value than buying it direct from CyberPowerPC. Recommended!

I got this PC a few days ago and have been putting it thru hell with streaming and gaming and I couldn't be happier. The PC runs everything at max setting on 1080p and 1440p with no problem and all as I stream on twitch. Its a beast of a PC and would tell anyone looking to buy one to scoop it up if they aren't building their own that is. 5 stars all the way! Great price with rtx it looks amazing super powerful I love it way more than my iMac 5k 2019 that cost twice as much as this

This was our 2nd CyberPowerPC Gaming PC purchase & I absolutely loooooove this model! The RTX 2070 is phenomenal & pairs well with our 240 hz gaming monitor. Runs Fortnite smoothly with super low ping, doesn't heat up, apps load quickly & holds plenty of files with the 2 TB Harddrive. It's such a pleasure to game, edit videos, images & music on this pc! I'm ready to buy one more for our home! We are a CyberPowerPC family now! BestBuy has the best price on CyberPowerPCs!

This computer is outstanding for the price my son is a gamer and he had high expectations of what a computer was going to do for him compared to his ps4 this computer has more than satisfied every aspect of his hopes thank you all so very much and a extra shout out to Connor at the Medford Oregon store for going above and beyond his job in helping my son pick out this system and all the other components that made buying his first gaming pc an exceptional experience!!!!

Great gaming computer and price could not be beat. Had to have it shipped to the local Best Buy store. Box had damage and I told them I would not take a damaged box. Best Buy had no problems with that, they ordered me another and even kept the damage boxed one there to show me it was not a re-box. Very satisfied with the computer and extremely satisfied with Best Buy.

just received this pc, upgraded from an old cyberpowerpc which never let me down but its time and its amazing also got it before the delivery date so thats a plus

Great computer, led lights on the fan went out after a couple of days but besides great pc.

This is a powerhouse of a computer. I use this computer for hardcore gaming, Video editing in Davinici resolve and music editing in Cubase and I yet to have a hicup.

Love the computer overall. Quality mid tier parts. Runs everything I throw at it. Only real complaints I have are: 1. Cable management is not the best. 2. The rgb fan and case lights are only ran to the controller on the case and not the rgb headers on the motherboard. 3. No reference material as to what some of the parts are that the system is built with. Satisfied overall with the product.

this Pc gives me some of the best performance ever. it runs anything and everything I want or need it to. it runs every game at well over the amount of frames I needed, and is capable of recording and editing large files. if you are an avid gamer or a YouTube starter, or even just someone who enjoys or needs to be able to render or edit large files. this is the PC I recommend for you.

This was my first gaming PC and I loved it! I had to get sell it due to the pandemic and was able to find another one by cyber power. they're great PC's affordable and if you're a best buy elite member, you can get a great deal! I was happy with the performance even using a 2k ( 2560/1440); there was no lag OBS ran smoothly and VR was top notch. quiet over all.

Ease of use - works as features describe - good value for your money

It's only been a month but the computer is working well. I purchased it for my son whom is an avid gamer . He really likes it has had no problems with it. I think it might be running a little hot but it has water cooling so we will see over time. I'm thinking of getting another one for me! If I can find one! These are a hot item right now good luck finding one.
