Good at forst but after a while started randomly turning off and back on again without warning.

Had gpu (graphics card) issues right out of the box. It wouldn’t display anything or even show a connection to the monitors I had. I even bought a new monitor and display cords nothing worked. Turns out the graphics card wasn’t in correctly, and even after getting that fixed, it only showed a blank gray screen (cursor was noticeable and could move, but otherwise nothing showed on the screen). Had to return it.

When it was working, I was having the time of my life! I have never owned a PC before. I had one crash in the first week and didnt really pay it attention because it was such a new experience. Then it crashed hard the second week and it basically became a brick. Obviously still under warranty but if a PC completely crashes out by week 2......no thanks. Returned it, saving my money for OriginPC. AVOID AMD RYZEN GRAPHICS CARDS. My research suggest you stick with NVIDIA.

The video card they put in it could be a little bit better it lags a lot

Do not buy this pc if you want your gpu to overheat and your heavy games to crash. 1 week after buying and this pc, It would crash all my games. Even with tunning and settings being changed to optimize. PLEAS! stay way from this pc and save yourself the money.

Ok low end gaming computer. Needs a much better video card

Very unsatisfied with this purchase, Off the rip you would experience problems such as, crashing, stuttering, overheating, and you would notice, bad wiring, your monitor not even connecting and it really makes you think about how best buy and cyberpower think of you, the customer.

Beyond disappointed… opened on Christmas Day and returned the next for a bad mother board. Opened another at the store and it didn’t work either. Needed to go with a more expensive option… hard to believe with the reviews/ratings, but this was even being spoken down on from the geek squad. I would pass on this purchase…

Pc looked intimidating, nice glass opening for easy clean. Pc smelled like burnt metal, shut off by itself within 3 days of purchase. Never turned back on. Overal sick look. But had issues.

I owned this for less than 3 months. i had to return it because many times this comp did not boot up so i had to press power button on and off many times (it got worse as time go by) until it finally booted

Graphics driver times out daily when in use resulting in games to crash. Do not recommend this computer for anyone who wants to play games where crashing matters.

The CyberPowerPC Gamer Master has been a great purchase. Right out of the box, the AMD Ryzen 7 8700F and Radeon RX 7600 handled everything I threw at it—games run smooth and fast. It came with 16GB of RAM, but I upgraded it by adding two more 16GB sticks, and now it flies through multitasking and heavier workloads with ease. The 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD is super fast, and the white case looks sharp and clean. Great value, great performance, and easy to upgrade. Highly recommend for gamers and power users alike.

Great PC easy fast setup very quite and runs super smooth

I recently purchased the CyberPower PC from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The setup was a breeze, and the sleek design fits perfectly into my workspace. The speed and performance are impressive, handling everything from everyday tasks to more demanding applications with ease.
