Coming from a guy who is not knowledgeable on the pc gaming but I will have to say for this price this is actually a good computer. This is far better than the Alienware computer I owned before this one and a lot more quieter and I can get a lot more done and the plus is unlike Dell I can upgrade this machine when I can. So this unit is amazing

I got this gift for my son and he enjoys it. It was very easy to assemble and the RGB looks amazing when you turn it on. It has plenty of space for the games he has and it runs very fast.

I don’t want to give it 5 stars because I’ve had it for less than a month and when I got it the box had some slight damage but it’s genuinely been a really good pc so far out the box it was ready to go and extremely easy to set up got it within a week of ordering it too. Super good price point for the hardware I’d definitely recommend this setup for any casual gamer that wants good specs. I’ve used it for AutoCAD and Solidworks projects and it easily runs them better than a i712700f with integrated Graphics. Overall I’d give it a solid 4.5 in just the first 3-1/2 weeks of owning it.

It's a great PC for the price. Runs some high-end games at max graphics. Great value and easy to set up. I love the colors in the case, too, and the cooling in the case is amazing! Awesome PC!

I bought this for my boyfriend as a surprised and it came in just 1 day!!! Omg he freaking loves this PC and I told him how much it cost and he said it’s such a great price for it and he’s always taking about how he wanted to play PC games but couldn’t because he didn’t have one and now he’s playing all the games he always wanted to play! I love seeing him so happy! The RGB lights is so nice, it looks so great in our apartment

The computer is good, however don't count on the Geek Squad management to give any leeway on being late in paying for the coverage, because I have spent thousands of dollars buying all my electronics along with my family to have the coverage through the Geek Squad. I missed renewing due to medical and surgeries and didn't realize it until I bought the computer and of course I immediately paid the coverage fee. I expected a supervisor to review my situation and contact me in regard to being able to keep those devices that had been protected for years, but that didn't happen. It's very doubtful that I will buy any electronics from Best Buy.

Runs well, havent had any issues with it thus far. The only con if you could call it that is i wish it had a bit more RAM. We jokingly call it the fish tank because it is encased in tempered glass, so at least nothing to hide.

So far this has been a great pre-build. It runs smooth, it's fast, and it is super super quiet. I'm loving this so far - no complaints.

I have been with this PC for several months it is very good for heavy games but the 5060 card for competitive games gives very little performance for everything else it goes great if you are looking for something more powerful a 5090 graphics goes better but I love it for being my first PC my rating is a 4 because the accessories like the mouse do not last 1 month

This is a awesome PC. Love the fan lights. Really glows at night especially. Works well and fast. A great home PC for Gaming and such.

I bought this computer to use to create content and to trade it has been exceptionally great and always very fast and quiet. would definitely recommend to anyone who may be interested or having a tough time deciding between this setup and another.

It’s very quick when I’m online and gaming. The storage is also very good because I have a lot of documents saved or downloaded for my business and it holds so much. Absolutely, recommend!

Works well out of the box. Handles modern games very well. As for adding hardware to increase performance, I was able to increased RAM to 32GB with no problems. If you want to increase storage the motherboard used allows multiple ways to just that. One of the addition M2 slots is located right under the GPU that doesnt have much airflow. The performance is not impacted but with high temps the card could have a short life span. You’ll have to use a heat sink. I used the third M2 slot with lesser performance to maintain lower temps. Overall great gaming PC!
