Cant complain, performs as expected. Great build quality with name brand components. Overall great deal even at full price. Would buy again.

The support bracket for the GPU was placed backwards, had to unscrew and rescrew it so the bracket was flush and facing the right direction. Otherwise works as advertised, no complaints about shipping or the computer so far.

I bought this because the motherboard in my last gaming PC died. The 5070 TI is really amazingly powerful in it, especially when turning up Doom: Dark Ages to the highest possible settings. Literally no complaints from me.

Works well, nice and quiet, easy to set up, and was able to plug in my old HDD without any issues.

Good PC had some issues in the beginning and the Mouse sent with it never worked but still a good purchase

Got this since I wanted to upgrade and try the new 5070TI. I was excited to try it out and run my games on 4k. Well 1st problem, bluetooth wouldn't connect or stay connected and geek squad was of no help and couldnt fix the problem, then a red led light lit up signifying an issue which couldnt understand why, the things brand new. After powering down, i tried to start it back up to see if it would clear the fault but it wouldn't even turn back on. This thing or whoever built it needz improvement. I will be returned this 43lb garbage.

Good for a prebuilt pc. The pc was larger than I expected. I did not have much problem with it.

One week into owning this thing it went dead and started smoking. Was workkng fine, and was playing the same mmo for 1 week, then right when i was going to have a whole day to myself to game, the screen went black and i could smell burning wires. Very disappointed.

PC is horrible. There is a short somewhere and no matter what I try and whatever surge protector I try, the pc just turns off and trips the power circuit along with itself. Don’t buy this pc.

I was previously on a build redux PC when the 30 series cards came out, and after a while the PC started to give me some issues, so I decided to upgrade to something newer with a sleeker design, and when I saw on Best Buy that Cyberpower had this computer for only $1880 that came with a Ryzen 7 9700x & a 5070 ti, I knew I had to take this deal! I was a bit hesitant at first due to people online saying they use off-brand motherboards, but when I saw it was a Gigabyte B850, I was shocked to say the least a very good purchase! I do understand that people are having issues with theirs but you have to understand not everyones experience is the same as others so take that how you will.

Came with a broken USB port, Julian from GeekSquad at 3100 W Frye Rd. fixed it. Great employee.

I just upgraded from nvidia 2080 super and man am i happy i did, the computer came in well built, with the new doom game as a gift and over all i have been having a great time with it

I was a little worried about my purchase after seing some of the bad reviews. Unfortunately i had issues with mine. Right out the box it would boot up an after a couple minutes it would restart. It did this multiple times. I took it back an got the 5070. I havent had any problems with that one just cost a little more. The best buy staff was very helpful an understanding i appreciate their help.
