This thing is a unit! Came with a mouse and keyboard which both include RGB lighting. I ordered this PC about a week ago with an expected pick up date 2 weeks out. It ended up coming in a week early and I just picked it up today. The PC itself is pristine. The box was a bit mangled but they did a great job at packaging both the inside and outside of the build. The PC has an ASUS Prime 5070 Ti and an AMD 9900X which should be overkill for any gaming I want to do. It's also rocking a Gigabyte B850 motherboard. The interior lighting, cpu cooler, and fans look amazing at night and even have a toggle switch to change between different color presets. Everything came preinstalled when I plugged in the PC and I even found all the drivers were up to date. The price to value ratio here makes it an absolute steal for anyone wanting a new clean build (especially with 5070 Ti prices through the roof these days). Satisfied customer, would recommend.

Top notch specs with this setup and honestly it’s a decent price for everything that you are getting, tackles any game without any issues. Definitely would recommend this for anyone that wants to have a great setup with very high performance specs without having to spend over 3k Definitely recommend upgrading the Keyboard and Mouse because the keyboard and mouse that comes with the PC are very basic and not the best quality but the PC itself is incredible AMD Ryzen 9 !!

This pc has managed to blow all my expectations out the water! Only problem i had was the wait time. I purchased first week of march and just got in on Thursday April 3rd. Cyberpower themselves had to wait for more graphics card to be available, so if youre looking to by just be aware that you may have to wait with the demand of new graphics cards.

As soon as I powered the system on, I found it's fatal flaw. The fans are too loud. Seating with the system next to my desk, I can hear it. This was during the initial setup process and when the system was sitting idly not doing anything. I did look in the UEFI and the quiet fans settings didn't really have an effect on how loud the fans are.

I've waited two weeks, and this PC was supposed to arrive yesterday. This item still hasn't even SHIPPED, and I don't have a tracking number to even check! They just leave a warning saying "If you're item isn't received by March 26th you will be refunded". If that happens, I'll be beyond frustrated. I think I'm just going to call the manufacturer and bypass Best Buy which I should have done from the get go. This PC is a good pc and it's a pretty good deal for a pre-built, especially considering 5070 ti's are being scalped and resold for $1300 - which means you wouldn't be able to build this computer if you paid the scalped GPU price. I could build my own with a 9950x, 64gb 6400mhz ram, and a better motherboard for about the same price if there was an available 5070 ti or 9070 xt at MSRP, which is tempting. I'll give it a few more days and see if anything happens. But it's crazy that you spend $2400 on something and they just completely mislead you on the shipping or due date.

I dont got it yet but its very good ngl the 5070 ti and the ryzen 9 9000x are very nice
