Very solid built desktop with higher end parts, they didnt take any short cuts on this built and it comes with a overclocked zotec rtx 5080

Even though I don't like the color, this is the computer of my dreams. Sadly, I didn't purchase the warranty because I thought that Best Buy had a 30-day policy, imagining what happened when at day 16 the pc power supply blew up, I called Best Buy and they told me that they have only 2-week warranty. I proceeded to ask for the manufacturer's phone number, and the number Best Buy gave me was a Medicaid phone number. The power supply that is in this pc is a cheap power supply, which is technically a fire hazard. These pc should be recalled to fix and address the cheap power supply situation. If you recently bought this pc, be very careful, turn it off and disconnect if you hear sparks, and I recommend you switch the power supply to an MSI 10-year warranty power supply. the pc is a good pc, but the power supply can burn your house down.

Im not computer nerd but its a really nice pc some reason It won’t work on 165hz and it would just blackout over and over. It crashes a couple of games every once in a while. Part of me wishes i didn't buy this but its already too late to return

It is a great PC when it works, but it is extremely unstable. I don't know if it is the power supply or what but my games crash and black screen.

I added 2 more SSDs to the system, and it started crashing so bad. My monitor blinks before it goes black, so I am pretty sure it's a PSU issue. They said a 1000W PSU planted but didn't tell what brand and model it is. If you think about doing some AI related tasks with this machine, don't even look at it. The system goes extremely unstable under the overload situations, ending up with a black screen.

Pros: This pc is a beast been playin elden ring nightreign on it and its really quiet and fast Valorant fps goes 700 max Great pc Cons: one of the fans in the front isnt working then when i checked wiring it was unplugged but its an unnecessary issue compared to its performance
