I recently bought a gaming PC, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The performance is incredible — games like Call of Duty: Warzone, Fortnite, and Cyberpunk 2077 run smoothly on ultra settings with no lag or overheating issues. The product is great, for the price and capability I haven’t been happier. However the customer service when I went to pick it up was very bad. After placing an online order and showing up to pick it up I was told it wouldn’t be ready for hours, even tho I could see the box in stock waiting. I was told to cancel my online order and just buy it in store, however because my account had already been charged the money would not be returned for a day to my account. Instead of having an easy pick up for an item I paid for I had to cancel and pay again with a different form of payment just to get my product. The hassle and hoops to get a product I had already paid for was unbelievable and I will most likely not buy anything else from Best Buy in the future

Bought for my girlfriend and she loved it. Runs very nice and smooth and is quiet. Case it big and has room for upgrades. Only problem is the there is no separate plug in for mic and and headphone in. Instead its mono and is together.

My husband purchased this for our son. I didn't realize it is a super computer. My son old one wouldn't update and he wanted a better graphic card. My husband purchased a gaming monitor last year. We just did NOT know how okd and outdated his PC was UNTIL we set THIS one up. The picture is BEAUTIFUL and the colors are very vibrant. I don't know too much about PC's BUT I have watched my son play his games and even I notice the difference in the colors and crispness of the pictures on his monitor. I must attribute that to THIS PC due to my son has the same monitor. I notice that he changes the color on the PC about once a week. I looks great with his table, chair and headset that lights up. I can't get more technical about any other features of this PC because I am NOT technically educated about PC's and what they offer. BUT I can tell you that the graphics are BEAUTIFUL and I love the vibrant colors that this PC shows. An add note; we had to take the first PC back to Best Buy. It just STOPPED working within seven days. My personal opinion is that something happened during the delivery because the second PC has worked PERFECTLY so far.

Pc is really good runs great no input lag no skipping it's pretty big but can fit into good spaces running all my games perfect and smooth some of the best setting changes I can make with this pc all around just really good purchase .

Love this new computer so far. 10/10! I got it because of the windows 10 service updates ending soon and my previous computer was 10+ years old and would not support windows 11 on the motherboard. I thought about building my own computer but when I saw this in store, I decided to give it a try. It has worked great so far. This computer has a very nice graphic card and ram memory already included and that was what sold it to me. I've been able to play games that I couldn't before. I've also been able to use drawing software on it perfectly and no lag. The only trouble I had during setup and install was figuring out how to get the L shaped glass cover off but once I figured it out, it was easy; don't lift up, push toward the thin side. :)

I honestly love this PC. Everything about it feels fast, smooth, and well put together. Well after having this PC for almost 2 months now I should make a review. I made the jump from console, & couldn’t be happier about it, the same games I played on console just perform much better on this pc. For example when I would play apex legends on console there would be moments I’d have slight lag or packet loss, but not on the PC & I’m on the same Wi-Fi. it was a very smooth and easy transition. There’s also room inside to update a couple of things whenever need be & I won’t have to get a new shell. I hope that this review helps someone else who was on the fence about making the switch like I did.

I just recently purchased my new CyperPower Model C Series PC, and it works like a gem! It was an absolute steal for the price - I have had no problem thus far running any games (Overwatch 2, Marvel Rivals, Peak). It runs smoothly, makes a negligible amount of noise, and offers easy upgradeability.

Best computer ever! I needed an upgrade and this did the trick. It is able to run games requiring heavy graphics and is completely quiet!

My amazing bestie bought me this for Christmas to replace my ancient z440, and I couldn't be happier. It's a beast compared (obviously) but even without comparing them, this machine sings a delightful happy song. I haven't run into any shortcomings has yet. We got it on sale too which adds to its value of course.

Such a great pc! Works very well, has great speed and can run any game without lag. Overall a solid pc and very reliable.

Amazing computer for the price point had it for 2 weeks now and it has been stout. I can run most games above 200 fps and all of them over 100 at high/ultra settings with a 1080p monitor. Graphics card is overclockable, but the cpu is not if that’s your kind of thing. The fans seem to let the computer get too hot for me so I adjusted the speed curve and everything runs very smooth. From what I have tried it will not run vr that well, but all the vr games I have are very demanding

Fully built RTX 5060 under $1000 is a great deal. Decent CPU and RAM also. Grab a decent monitor and you can play almost everything max setting at 1080p and medium high at 4K

I gotta be honest i come from playing console 20+ years. This is my first gaming PC and i can say I'm highly impressed. I can run games like Stellar Blade on high graphics getter at least 120 FPS. I also play overwatch and can get at least 185 Fps. Im highly satisfied with this purchase and it has yet to give me any problems. The only criticism i have so far is that when you remove the pc from the box you have to remove the protective plastic from inside the PC. In order to do that the instruction manual didnt offer a good solution. There's actually any easier way to do. Just search the pc on YouTube and watch videos about how to easily remove the glass. If you're unsure about getting this pc as a ps player just do it.

I am liking the performance and just the general aesthetics of this new computer. My Dell G5 5090 lasted me 6 years, the longest a computer has ever been relevant to me what with everything advancing so quickly and all. I think this one has enough upgradability to maybe outlast my Dell. The previous computer to my Dell was from Best Buy also, an ASUS and I loved it, no problems whatsoever,(still have it working). I has happy to see ASUS pop up on my screen when I fired this CyberpowerPC up! I thought there were too many similarities I was noticing and now I know why. :-) Now I feel secure that this beast will be with me for a while!!!
