great quality for a pre built and worth every penny!

This PC has the right amount of capability for modern gaming and was easy to set up and get going. Quite the value as well.

The computer and keyboard is nice, but the mouse stopped working after 29 days. I havent even used it much.

My sin love the gaming computer, it has everything he needs and vuild quantity is top he is happy. Probably getting another soon for the daughter.

Very disappointed with this PC. It crashes during games, the graphics card is misaligned so the DisplayPort won’t fully plug in, and the system is unexpectedly loud. This appears to be poor assembly and quality control. I would not recommend this PC.

First Bluetooth does not work. Second, wifi also fails after a few days. Serious problem with Gigabyte motherboard. And for some reason CPU/GPU overheat to the point where it stopped

Overheating on day one, they did not have another one in stock and acted on the store as if it is ok to buy a computer this price with problems.

USB port didn’t function. Had to return it. Just luck of the draw.

Decent specifications, but very poor build quality. The PC arrived with the GPU dislodged from the PCIe slot. The PC does not include an additional bracket for the GPU

Bought this item during Black Friday sale, promptly returned for the ACER N60. Had issue right out of the box. Crashed multiple times while trying to setup the PC due the the CPU reaching critical temps. AIO had coil wine and the overall fan noise accumulated to the sound of a rocket about to take off. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless they like troubleshooting out of the box.

Got the pc home to set it up, WiFi was broken and would not hold a signal. Ran some benchmarks and the fans on pc never turned on, I opened the side panel and the fan hub was extremely bent and mangled without a dent on the case so it had to happen at a factory level. Its a shame I was looking forward to having it. I returned it and got an MSI Aegis pc that has been working great.

Not even two months in and it seems to be having power supply issues. Anytime you turn the PC on it starts running for a few minutes then completely shuts off on its own. It will not fully power on. You can get a much better PC for the same price. Don’t bother with this one.

Right out of the box it was a problem. It kept shutting itself off. I thought it was a defect so i returned it and got another one but the same thing happened. I bought another brand and it was good.

Absoloutly garbage. Computer blue screened immediately out of the box. When geek squad tells you to return it and buy a different brand, you know its junk. Very dissappointed in this computer and embarrased as it was an early christmas gift for the fiance.
