So far this PC runs everything with ease. The instructions to get the side panel off was for the wrong pc but I figured it out. You just remove the top and the glass is a pull off not a slide off. It was plug and play and it was my fist gaming pc. I bought this during black friday week so the price at 1399 was worth it.

To start off i come from console’s and never owned a computer. Mainly due to hearing my friends always talking bout needing to update there system’s. Well after alot of research and comparing the preassembled gaming computers I found this is the most Bang for the buck! I have played a handful of newer games and have not encountered a single issue! I always hear it’s better to assemble your own computer, but after 10 hours of use, I believe this is just as equivalent! Very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone looking for a game computer under $2000 that they put to work straight out the box.

This computer is on a whole Nother level. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a outstanding gaming computer. It does everything I needed to do and more.

Right out of the box there are multiple loose ports, the keyboard has keys that stick but runs like a champ and handles and game I throw at it. I have yet to to running two games at once but I believe it can seeing as this PC is stronger than my Asus rog ally x handheld which can run two triple A games simultaneously.

Upgraded from a 2060 super paired with an i7 7700k and I am amazed! I decided after 8 years with my first PC, it was time for an upgrade. I rememeber running a few mods on minecraft would make me drop to 40-50 fps in a cluttered area of my world. I can gladly say that no longer happens! Playing FiveM as well no longer gives me “headaches” where I cannot see anyone around me or the building I am in disappears and I can see into the void. This rig was a gamechanger and it will be for any of you looking to upgrade as well. Love this thing!

Got pc without problems via self-pickup. Runs very smooth and fast. 10/10 product. However, I wish the person who was helping me (in Best Buy) told me there was a keyboard and mouse already with the pc as a "combo". Out of the whole experience, it was awesome. Thank you Best Buy! <3

Excellent gaming computer with great FPS on 2k gaming. Performance and graphics drop considerably if trying on a 4k monitor though.

Really great, usually you hear all the horror stories from the purest out there that tell you to either build your own or never get a prebuilt from best buy or if you do make sure it's from a third party partner. But i have to say to build everything here is more money so this pre build has great value as well as runs perfectly. It's a beautiful piece truly. Def recommended.

Use it for gaming and work .... plays everything smooth. Its colorful and quiet...Would recommend.

honestly i have had the pc a little over a month and its the best purchase I ever made at such a steal of a price.

I bought this PC during black friday on a 300 hundred dollar discount, even at full price this rig is pretty reasonably priced. Plays everything i throw at it high/ultra 150+ fps.

I am enjoying my CyberPowerPC while gaming and doing office work. The fans are a bit loud, but it is an overall workhorse. It has smooth functionality and is pretty to look at.

I bought this over black Friday, it's a powerful PC that seems to be worth the money. It would be a powerful gaming PC, but that is not what I use it for. I am a stock trader and need a powerful PC that can stream a lot of real time data. This does the trick. The one issue I have is the location of the start button. The start button is located at the bottom of the PC just 1" off the ground. My PC sits on the floor under my desk, the start button is in the perfect location for my foot to touch it. Which happened the very first day I used it. It was not a pleasant discovery as I had many active trades going when the power turned off.

I would recommend this computer. I have a 49" Samsung and have had no problems with any game or program. Very fast. Love it
