I love this PC, it may not be the most powerful on the market at the moment but it checks the boxes for the newest AAA games. The fans run super quite which is a major bonus

Mine hasnt work since bought took it to the geek squad (didnt help) but said to talk to the manufactor whos number is imposible to find

I had an omen pc with an i5 cpu and a 1660 super gpu. this was a major upgrade for me and reasonably priced. I can stream and play games at max settings and have no problems what so ever. This is a very good pc if you are looking to stream and game at the best quality.

I bought this because it was an upgrade to old PC which was i7. This is i9. I primarily browse the web and occasionally gaming. For most of time I use Video editing. It is fast and powerful but it does crash or lags at times - I only had this for a month. But I still love this PC.

Bought this computer as a retirement gift to myself. Works like a charm. May be overkill, but... Not to figure out how to turn the fan lights off...

I am enjoying the computer. However, I was having problems with the keyboard and geek squads only response was to bring the entire unit back down to the store. After having invested two days in setting it up and downloading pictures from the cloud etc, the last thing I wanted to do was to take the whole unit back down to the store. Geek squad continues to be an extremely poor excuse for tech support.

Good value but I kept getting cpu fan error. On start up the fan wouldn’t spin fast enough so you get stuck behind bios.

Waited almost a month to get. When i got it everything was opened and missing all manuals.

Didnt work out of box was outside 14 day return policy so had to send off for repair….or let geek squad try to fix at a cost if $200. Cost to send off was $212. Would not buy a computer feom this store ever again. best buy sucks
