This was my cyberpower PC and it was an awful experience straight out of the box. The first issue I was met with was audio issue. Audio tends to create this static noise. Thr second issue was the fact that i couldnt alter the colors of the RGB fans. For whatever reason, the fans were not recognized in the GIGABYTE Control Center nor RGB Fusion software. The worst issue of them all was that I could barely navigate on this PC without it lagging and freezing every minute. This before and after everything was updated. Everything was installed and yet the PC ran incredibly slow. I figured game testing was pointless but I have that a shot, only for the games to suddenly freeze after a few minutes. The PC could would have serios hiccups whenever you try to multi-task. Trying to do the simplest of tasks such as closing out of tabs or opening tabs would be insanely frustrating because it simply wouldn't do so. Im incredibly disappointed because the PC looks great and the fans are so quiet. But it useless in the hands of someone who doesnt know how to solve all these issues.

Excellent! Great specs, great PC! Just a heads-up — the front of the case is held on by magnets, so the protective panel pops off pretty easily.

Great specs for a beginner pc. You could always improve it by adding more ram if wanted but not necessary

First, I purchased the 1TB version. Immediately, it would not connect to my WiFi. Therefore I connected it to the Internet with and Ethernet cable. The PC would continuously crash 5 min into the start up. The next day I went in and exchanged it for the 2TB version. This time, I was able to connect to my WiFi and spent the next few hours updating windows 11 and downloading software for my accessories. I was about four hours in when I noticed that the lights on my keyboard went out. The keyboard worked so it didn't bother me too much. But I felt something was wrong so I did some troubleshooting. I came to the conclusion that I needed to press the Fn key and scrolling up. No lights. I continued to press the Fn key and every key I could. Nada. Then it dawned on me that I had my Ethernet cable in but the PC was using wifi. I went into my networks setting and tried connecting via Ethernet. I had no connection. I rebooted the pc, my router, tried downloading the latest drivers, replacing the Ethernet cable... Nothing changed. I waited til the next morning to call the geek squad hotline. That morning, I go to turn on the PC as I'm on hold and now my monitor won't connect to the PC. I wasted two days trying to put this computer up.

Great starter. had a few issues with the sound and Bluetooth

went to get a pc and akram and kam was helpful and great guys to work with they helped me out and got me everything that i needed and wanted would love to deal with them again

This pc has been a great experience for me.The pc’s potential to game and stream is awesome

So far pretty awesomr needs more storage space and ram and liquid cooler but overall not bad for price

I had to return the first pc I received due to defects both in software and the build. The rear fan was not properly installed and windows would not load. I have, however had no issues with the new one I received.

This computer would have been great if it wasn't sold to me broken. I have had constant issues with it since I bought it and when I contact the manufacturer's customer service, all they can seem to do is send me YouTube video guides about how to fix potential problems. I might as well ask ChatGPT for help and it would do a better job. Furthermore, they have the nerve to tell me I need to pay for shipping to get it sent in to be repaired even though it was SOLD TO ME BROKEN.
