This is the worth pc ever dont get fooled by the specs it crashes ever 10min can’t even download a good or do anything on it

Bought it Saturday returning it Wednesday or Thursday randomly shutting down, screen flashing alot very frustrating

Restarts twice a day randomly, kernal power failure. I'm bringing it in to exchange it.

A beast of a machine that works as expected right out of the box. All cables and connectors were seated correctly and I didn't have to do any troubleshooting, so my experience was easy for setup. Haven't experienced any problems so far and the spec is accurate. Computer is surprisingly quiet but I haven't used it for anything super intensive yet. The case is gorgeous and the RGB is tasteful as well. I recommend this build for anyone who wants a strong gaming desktop and has limited computer building knowledge

New to the PC gaming community and this was a fairly easy PC to set up. Yes, a couple wires were loose and completely unplugged which it states in the set up guide, but a simple ChatGPT search helped me figure out how to connect them. Overall PC is quiet and seems to be built well. As for reliability, will update at a later date. Definitely recommend to someone who is looking for a decent PC that can hang with the best settings.

This desktop exceeded my expectations. It booted up fast, runs quiet, and handles everything I’ve thrown at it so far with ease. The build quality is solid, the case looks sleek, and setup was super simple — basically plug and play. Definitely a great value for the performance you get. If you're looking for a well-rounded PC that’s ready to go out of the box, this is the one.

Purchased, took it home and started the setup sequence. Then it started the sequence over. After 6 rounds of starting the same, entering the same, etc., I gave up and tried to call customer support. I gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Took it back to the store and swapped for a new computer. So far so good. Fast, smooth, and works like it is supposed to. Time will tell if it continues to work well.

This computer is very good. It is quiet and does not produce much heat. The looks of the computer is also amazing. I highly recommend this computer.

Only negative was that the instructions were unclear on how to open the side panel, the manual said to open it from the left side, however you needed to remove it from the top; took me a little bit to figure out. Setup was quick and easy. Came with a Nice Mouse and Keyboard which was a great surprise. I was able to easily open it up and install an extra hard drive with no previous experience using just the installation guide. Very happy with my purchase!

Can't say enough good things about this computer. Fast and easy setup. Lots of power, very fast. They Wi-Fi was a great feature since I can't run Cat 6 cables through my house. The looks are very impressive also.

awesome prebuilt pc. i have had no issues with it. looks amazing at night. only thing i would have liked is the software to change colors on mouse and keyboard.

This is probably one of my best purchases yet. I can multitask, produce music, game at high levels and not have any issues. Highly recommended.

Overall satisfied with the purchase! CyberPower always makes good product. Just need to plug in RGB cables for the fan
