Great buy just need to know how to setup properply and check all cables! Optimize your graphics card settings and windows settings and this should be a beast!!

I recently purchased this PC after being impressed by the powerful specs—it was above my initial budget, but I decided to bite the bullet, expecting a smooth, high-end experience for the price point. Unfortunately, things didn’t start off great. Just a few days in, the motherboard completely failed during a CS:GO match, which was extremely frustrating. I took it to Best Buy and was able to exchange it for the same model. With the replacement, things were better overall, but I started running into another issue: the screen would randomly freeze while the mouse still moved. After some deep troubleshooting, I found that the issue stemmed from compatibility with my high-resolution monitors—which, for a PC near the $2,000 mark, really shouldn't be happening. With some effort—tweaking settings in both GeForce Experience and Windows—I’ve gotten things mostly stable. It’s a decent PC when it's working, but I expected a lot more plug-and-play reliability at this price range.

A solid foundation but found its limits. Looking forward to building on this framework for A.I. & More ... what's funny is what's causing me to take it back? Being a fan going out within the first thirty days has only lit me to spend more engage in the actual ecosystem.And i'm very excited to see what comes next

so far is a great pc, perfect for my needs and some gaming. it comes plug and play.

Computer did not work properly when I got it. I would constantly have frame dips in every game I tried, and it would overheat and turn off. Upon removing the cooler, I notice there was no thermal paste applied to the cpu. Some of the fans were disconnected and I had to connect them as well. Once I connected the fans up and added thermal paste to the cpu, it started running smoothly. So far, I would say it’s a fine PC, however, beware that the setup may vary. I probably just got unlucky.

Fedex delivery was soo bad they didn’t call me when the came to my address and I ended up driving 50 minutes to pickup my order to avoid unwanted return

Mid the computer is a lil scuffed not well put together can’t even plug the some HDMI’s in fully because the case is right up against the hdmi ports making some HDMI’s not even go in the computer randomly shuts off sometimes with no explanation not great for those considerations

Great printer more than what I expected Grate quality

First one had initial booting issue w blue screen. Had to go next day and exchange for another one. Too much money to have these types of issues.

This thing restarted on me over 50 times. The only reason I had patience for so long is becauae it's a beast for the price, but good lord does this have so many issues out of box, and I am not experienced enough to resolve all of its issues. I got help from the manufacturer and it didnt help. Then I got help from geek squad which helped a lot more, but it still kept restarting. I gave up and returned it. Like the title says, I shouldnt have to be a pro to own this computer.

I purchased this CyberPowerPC in store to play the new Oblivion Remastered and to do some AI programming. On paper, it looked like a fantastic deal with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 and an Intel Core i9-14900F for under $2,000. Performance wise, it ran really well at first. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. Within a few days, I started noticing the PC would trip the circuit breaker sometimes while gaming, other times I was just browsing the web. I tested it on multiple circuits in my house and the issue persisted. After some digging, I found out it shipped with an Apevia ATX-PR850w power supply, which is known as a budget PSU and doesn't come close to delivering its advertised power rating (check google and reddit). This can lead to instability, especially in newer homes with sensitive electrical systems. I contacted CyberPowerPC support hoping to resolve the issue, but their only suggestion was to “call an electrician” completely ignoring the well documented problems with the PSU brand they used. That was the last straw for me. In the end, I returned the system and built my own. The new build is not only more powerful, but it also hasn’t tripped a breaker once!

I’ve only been using this desktop for a short time, but I’m already impressed. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks great in my workspace. Setup was quick and easy—just plug it in and go. I use it primarily for CAD design, and it handles my software smoothly with no lag or hiccups. The Intel i9 and RTX 5070 combo delivers excellent performance, even with complex models and rendering tasks. It’s quiet, fast, and feels like a solid build. Definitely a great choice for professionals who need power and reliability.
