I’ve been using this custom-built PC for 1 month, and it’s exceeded most expectations in terms of raw performance, thermal handling, and gaming capabilities. Specs: • CPU: Intel Core i9-14900KF – lightning-fast multitasking and excellent gaming performance. • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti – solid 1440p/ultrawide gaming with Frame Generation and DLSS 3 support. • RAM: 32GB DDR5 – no bottlenecks, perfect for heavy workloads and multitasking. • Storage: Dual NVMe SSDs – ultra-fast load times and ample space. Performance: In demanding titles like DOOM: The Dark Ages or Star Citizen, the system holds up incredibly well. With settings maxed out and running ultrawide at 32:9, the average framerate stays smooth thanks to the GPU horsepower. The CPU, although powerful, can hit temps in the 80–90°C range under load, which is expected for a 14900KF but worth monitoring. Build Quality & Aesthetics: The case looks clean, airflow is well-managed with multiple RGB fans, and the lighting setup is customizable via Polychrome Sync. However, component sync sometimes feels buggy or unresponsive, especially when managing RGB across multiple brands. Software & Drivers: Driver compatibility has been mostly smooth. However, issues with NVIDIA drivers (like DLSS or Frame Generation misbehaving in some titles) may require manual intervention or rollback, especially for newer cards like the 5070 Ti. This is an excellent computer and Cyberpower has fantastic customer service. Setup was very easy, I had a couple questions about updating drivers and software and I called on a Fri night at 8pm and they answered the phone within 2 minutes. I have seen some comments about people complaining about the fan noise, I run my fans 100% all the time and I could care less about the noise, I want my machine to be as cool as possible. The only problem I have had is the Intel CPU overheating. I would recommend to anyone who purchases this computer or any with an Intel CPU to download HWINFO monitoring software and Cinebench stress test and get baseline numbers on your computer before moving forward and doing anything else. Months after my purchase and reading online gaming forums I decided to take a peek and my CPU was maxing out at 99C. Cyberpower quickly diagnosed the issue and offered me a new CPU. I was able to get my temperatures under control through tweaks made to the BIOS and the machine performs flawlessly so I don't think I will be replacing the CPU, but I would warn anyone purchasing one to keep an eye on their temperatures. Its a beautiful machine and I am happy to have it.

Like i said. Im not a bot, being honest, this pc is a monster, is just perfect, i can run multiple things at the same time, im literally playing warzone while im making this review. I love it just so good

This product is a 10/10 for modern gaming, as i specifically purchased this for Battlefield 6 which it runs on Overkill settings, 1440p at 144 fps SOLID. The only reason i'm not rating it 5 stars is because of Best Buy's customer service during a problem I had with the computer crashing 2 days after getting everything installed and running. They insisted that I return the computer, which was enough of a struggle to pick up by myself. I was in no mood to lug it all the way back. The employees at the Saugus, MA Best Buy location were half-asleep when I picked this up and said nothing when i pointed out the damaged box and what appeared to be water/grease stains on a crushed corner of the box. This was the first of several PCs I have bought where I didnt have it covered by Best Buy Total. Luckily I know my way around computers, and after changing some Windows boot options and resetting it, my crashing problem was resolved and has been problem-free for almost a month. After supporting Best Buy for close to a decade, I was very close to paying off my balance and canceling my card right there when they told me my ONLY option was to return it or pay for Geek Squad to come over eventually to fix it... When buying an expensive product such as this, always use extreme care, document the condition of the product, and do not let big companies scare you into having your gaming experience interrupted. Make sure your cables are all plugged in correctly and try to get a friend that is tech savvy and wont tell you somethings broken just to make a dollar!

I work in the data sciences, and I originally purchased a different CyberPowerPC Gaming computer (link at bottom) for an important, processor and SSD-intensive project. I benchmarked the machine with the applications I am using (Python, VB.Net, MySQL and MS Excel). The machine performed very well, except for some disappointing results with MySQL (slow query times on specific tables). It was bad enough that I returned that machine and I ordered this one instead. I thought perhaps there might be some incompatibility issue between the hardware and software. In order to make the comparison apples-to-apples, I installed the exact same 64 Gig memory chips in the new machine, and moved the same SSD I was using directly over from the previous machine. Bottom Line: I still do not know exactly what the problem was, but I really don't care. This machine is a screamer extraordinaire. I have benchmarked it up, down and sideways. For my purposes, the performance is nothing short of outstanding. Strangely enough, this new machine not only solved the problem I was having with MySQL, it runs nearly 30% faster than the previous CyberPowerPC on quite a few critical metrics! I was really pretty astonished. Anyway, I am not a gamer, so I cannot speak to the graphics card performance. The parts in this PC are amazing for the price and this computer absolutely destroys any and all games most would want to play with great fps... if it ran correctly. Cyberpower puts horrible CPU coolers in their pcs and currently my pc is thermal throttling just from booting it up and idling, constant 60-70c idle and maxed out at 98c while playing games on just high settings with low CPU load. Do not buy this computer unless planning to upgrade to a different CPU cooler as the CPU cant even get its full use because it is constantly thermal throttling If you are someone who does not know anything about computers and want to buy this to plug and play, absolutely do not buy this computer as it is almost unplayable and 100% not worth getting simply because the CPU will burn out and break at these temps over long periods of use.

Considering that this PC's got some of the best-performing specs on the market, it's worth the hefty price tag. Haven't played a game that wasn't a breeze for this thing to run. I've heard that the CPU can run pretty hot, but I don't think I've exceeded 70 F so far.
