Have had the PC for a few weeks so far, runs great and has been plenty of power for new titles and old titles. Runs games at max settings and with high frames with ease. PC came in with a bent outwards sidle panel and a fan that had a defect with the lighting and cyberpower is sending replacements for free. Would recommend for a starter PC.

Great machine. Not the top of the line, but high-end enough to run very demanding games (for the money). If you want to spend a thousand or two more, go ahead, but this machine will more than get you by. Very fast. Good parts.

This PC has been amazing for a first one! I have always played xbox and wanted to finally switch and this is worth the money. I have had no issues and it has played every game without an issue. Call of Duty runs great on it and other FPS.

The thing that makes this pc good is that it can run 1080p ultra at any triple game and sometimes can go up to 1440p ultra and it comes with a keyboard and mouse which means that you don't need spend extra on a keyboard and mouse so I think it was a good buy.

This build for the price was a steal. trying to build one even close to the same specs had me up to $2K. Plenty of speed and plenty of memory with room for customization. I recommend 5 times over!

This PC has been fantastic so far. Had it for nearly a month. Set up was easy, albeit there was initial difficulty in identifying how to pop open/out the glass panel to remove the inside protective packaging. The WiFi connection is fast and after sometime was spent downloading updates, it was ready to go. Able to play any game on medium or high settings depending. It’s quiet, quick, and the colors are nice. I would recommend this PC for anyone interested in gaming or even if using as a setup for remote work, though you may not need as much juice from the graphics card I bought this PC in late October on sale, but it went on a better sale in November and I was able to effortlessly price match it by initiating a chat with the bot on the app from the recent orders option! Excellent experience all around.

It worked really well and ran games like cyberpunk very smooth on high def graphics. The rgb is beautiful, lots of storage.

Had the computer for a few days and nothing has gone wrong yet. Seems to be working well and nothing is broken. The cable management could be better though. It seems the person putting it together pulled every cable as tight as possible, but other than that it's great.

To start, this pc is excellent in handling everything I have thrown at it (mostly gaming). This is an amazing 1440p ultra settings gaming machine. But there is one major flaw: for the first week of using the pc it would constantly crash/freeze, often showing memory issues. I did a whole bunch of troubleshooting steps and was about ready to throw in the towel, then I heard about the XMP ram situation. The XMP is set to 6400 MT/s by default and that is just too much for the computer to handle, so it'll constantly freeze until you set it to the default for the ram itself which is 5200 MT/s.

This pc gets about 300 fps on ultra settings in r6, one thing not so great about it is the WiFi range, if you’re kinda far from your router use Ethernet or a WiFi extender that plugs into your usb like I did and it works perfectly.

Great PC for gaming and everything else needed! I would definately recommend.

got this pc for christmas and works great, only problem that happened was needing to be wired with internet before you could go wireless

I've never had a computer like this, so I'm not comparing this workhorse to comparable products... I'm comparing to the HP computer I buy on sale every 5 years when it's time to upgrade a little bit. This thing is a DREAM, the most incredible PC I've ever owned. Absolutely everything I do is instantaneous, and Diablo 4 looks gorgeous!

Looking for my first full on Gaming PC that could also double as a work setup. Product exceeded my expectations and was easy to get going. Price was very solid especially for a pre-built with these sort of specs.

This computer is such a beast! Been wanting to upgrade my rig for several years and finally pulled the trigger. My previous set up cost a little over 2k and that was on sale, this one was a few hundred less but can already tell it's so much more than my previous one could ever be!
