After purchasing this desktop you have to purchase new rams and new ssd. They are cheap quality items! They might fail anytime they are not dependable parts. Also another issue is turning on button does not register time to time. You have to press longer sometimes its annoying!

RAM died three days after purchase. Both chips. I called support and they told me to buy a new one myself.
