Quick Start Guide: Remove Screws from left side panel and remove the panel. You have to remove the panel in order to take out the packing bag inside. Well, either Cyberpowerpc gave instructions to the wrong model or they have no idea what they are talking about. You do not unscrew the back. Two of them mount the fan. The other two is holding up something else. To open the panel you just pull it out. Support staff: you do get a real human being, but the guy is following strict company guidelines where he can only give information on the setup of the computer. In my humble opinion, connecting a printer to the computer is part of the process. He was reading the riot act: you must follow the manufacture's instruction on the setup. All he could have said is this: update firmware and drivers. But, that would have been against company policy. By the way, I watched Youtube to find out how to remove the panel so I am not the only one.

This computer is absolutely wonderful and fun to use. It came with an Asus motherboard so you can download the Armory Crate software and install the programs needed to change the LED lighting settings. Mine came with a 1K watt power supply, MSI RTX 5070 TI GPU video card, 64 GB ram, and the intel core ultra 9 series 2 processor and 4TB SSD. It handles the latest games without any problems whatsoever. Use the armory crate software provided by Asus to update the motherboard and bios and download the latest Nvidia drivers. Updating the entire machine including windows 11 takes about 5 minutes that is how fast it is. Runs perfect and quiet with no issues whatsoever. This is the one. I had to also pick up an LG display port 2.1 monitor for it as well to use the 80GB data video transfer that the RTX 5057 series and above can do. Try to get the display port 2.1 monitors for it instead of the display port 1.4 series monitors because it is designed to use the 2.1 series latest monitor tech. Absolutely amazing performance. Thanks to the folks at Best Buy for helping me sort out what I needed to order to get it right.

To paraphrase Ferris Bueller "I love gaming on this. It's so choice! If you have the means, I recommend you pick one up." It runs every modern game beyond their recommended/ideal requirements. Especially if you had a much older PC, you'll see the difference is night and day.
