Expensive Paperweight

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Box came with a 1 page intruction sheet for a different looking computer, a closed empty box, a bunch of loose parts/screws, and none of the display ports worked. Online support was less than helpful, so now I have to go to a store and hope I can get assistance or wait even longer for a replacement. Will change review if I get a functional model.

Graphics card issures

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave this computer a great review but now i have to reinstall my graphics card driver almost every day because it is showing green dot all over the screen and the only way to remove it is by reinstalling the graphics card driver. The graphics card is a gigabyte graphics card. I wish they would had installed a MSI instead. If this keep recurring I'll take it back to bestbuy.

Would give it 0 if i could.

My first symptoms started with monitoring not working, then no keyboard, then shortly after that no lights at all. I was able to return first one but the second one failed at 65 day mark. Now I have no computer and a store credit. If you buy this make sure get the warranty because you will need it.

Paid For PC and Got a Firework

Best Buy only tried selling me a 200$ service to diagnose it not repair it so i'm taking my money and hopefully fixable pc somewhere else.

Poor Quality

GPU card failure

GREAT PC!

I am relatively new to the PC gaming world and I wanted to purchase something that would perform and last for a long time. I am very happy to say that this PC is exactly what I was looking for. The speed and performance is unlike anything I’ve used before. Not to mention, it is a beauty to look at. You can customize the colors with the click of the button to personalize it however you’d like. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a powerful gaming PC!
