Bought this at Black Friday sale price of 1999.99. Excellent pc with cinebench 2024 score consistently from 3100-3200. Although the test is unattended meaning I switched to a different PC using KVM while the test is ongoing.

First time major PC buyer and great price for high processing. So much a deal only Best Buy sold it and at a few locations more on this later. Needs more memory for my needs but an easy fix finding internal SSD upgrades. I'm not familiar with motherboard specifics and whatnot but I'm happy so far. However, obtaining this was crazy because I had to fly across the country with this computer due to a shipping handler failing twice to deliver an online purchase to Alaska. Took over two months of phone calls and refunds but I got the computer haha. Then Best Buy put a $150 discount less than a week later with no help from Price Match because of the offers attached to the purchase. But hey they did have the best price for the computer hardware, but I had crazy time obtaining this desktop.

Got this PC on sale, and it’s the best bang for the buck. Much cheaper than if I built my own and buying all the same components individually. The case is super premium with the surround glass panels, LED strips are also a nice touch. All the fans, including the infinity mirror for the CPU block are all programmable LEDs that can sync with the RAM LED. I’d recommend using SignalRGB instead of the built in AuraSync. Overall the assembly was packaged well, though I picked up mine from the store I’m sure shipping won’t be an issue.

Easy to set up, just takes removing some packaging and good to go. Huge upgrade from my previous hand me down. Just wish I could change the color of the lights on the inside.

I was skeptical to purchase a PC at a local retail store but i took the leap on this model and so far I am glad I did. I havent had it very long but it was a breeze to set it up and power it on.

excellent cyberpower pc! It is definitely worth every penny! Gaming is excellent on this cyberpower must get. And excellent for streaming can take anything on! And it has plenty of vram 16g!

For the first 4 months the pc was great and everything I wanted then it powered off and will not work I called cyber power to warranty the device to my surprise they want you to handle shipping which to send it would be $330 when I called to ask for a Better option they said I can go locally and pay for it to be fixed myself terrible customer service they don’t try to make anything right and just want you to take care of paying for the shipping in which they ask you to double box it which is even more expensive without insurance it was $220 which of you don’t ensure it and it breaks during shipping they will no longer warranty it so I spent $2700 on a PC that is in six months dead overall disappointing and now I have to pay out-of-pocket to fix it I suggest Best Buy no longer sell cyber power computers

Upgrading from a 3060ti to this was like going from SS1 straight to SS5

The PC is a little Loud BUT it works like a dream just maybe keep a window open from the heat.

The quality is really nice and super easy to set up, definitely worth the price

We ordered this computer, and while it arrived on time, it was in poor condition — the base was broken and it showed clear signs of heavy mishandling. As we needed it urgently, we decided to keep it, thinking the damage was only external. However, after normal, not particularly demanding use, the computer began to overheat. The cooling system is extremely poor — you could practically boil water on it. We thought perhaps something had broken due to the rough handling during delivery. Even when we tried running applications without using the GPU, the performance was still poor — it felt like using a 5th generation i3. We requested a replacement, but suddenly the delivery date for the new product was changed, leaving us without a computer for who knows how many more days. We are extremely dissatisfied with BestBuy’s service and customer support.
