For the first 4 months the pc was great and everything I wanted then it powered off and will not work I called cyber power to warranty the device to my surprise they want you to handle shipping which to send it would be $330 when I called to ask for a Better option they said I can go locally and pay for it to be fixed myself terrible customer service they don’t try to make anything right and just want you to take care of paying for the shipping in which they ask you to double box it which is even more expensive without insurance it was $220 which of you don’t ensure it and it breaks during shipping they will no longer warranty it so I spent $2700 on a PC that is in six months dead overall disappointing and now I have to pay out-of-pocket to fix it I suggest Best Buy no longer sell cyber power computers

We ordered this computer, and while it arrived on time, it was in poor condition — the base was broken and it showed clear signs of heavy mishandling. As we needed it urgently, we decided to keep it, thinking the damage was only external. However, after normal, not particularly demanding use, the computer began to overheat. The cooling system is extremely poor — you could practically boil water on it. We thought perhaps something had broken due to the rough handling during delivery. Even when we tried running applications without using the GPU, the performance was still poor — it felt like using a 5th generation i3. We requested a replacement, but suddenly the delivery date for the new product was changed, leaving us without a computer for who knows how many more days. We are extremely dissatisfied with BestBuy’s service and customer support.

I bought the Cyberpower Ultra 9 5070 ti. I was a little hesitant because it was a large purchase for me. I have only had it for 2 days now, but I have 0 regrets! This PC is a beast! It came exactly as advertised and on time. The setup was simply plugging it into the wall and firing it up! If you're looking for a powerhouse of a PC that looks awesome and is nearly SILENT, this is the one. This PC checks every box for me, and I am extremely happy with the purchase. Hope this helps someone who was on the fence about it :)

    Been Shopping Around

Been shopping around for a new Pc for a while; *Had a 1080 setup since 2016 and it finally died on me recently :/ Wanted something future proof and had a nice 50 Series GPU, found this in stock at best buy Pros: - 5070 TI is definably the best pro; as the future proof nature of the Card along with the whole build should last for 8-12 years depending. - Soft line water cooling; nowadays water cooling is a must, system has clean design - Fan intakes and exhaust provide good flow, for the most part. (water cooling basically takes over anyways) - 2 TB SSD is also very nice, however it was a big price increase for something i could find cheaper if I built it personally. Cons: For the Price point i expected; - Better Case, the case is very clean don't get me wrong. However, with its 270 degree tempered glass design it seems this is where the pre-built was cost cut. - CPU; the 9 Core 285k is not what I would have picked personally, but it will do for now. Only down side to the power of this beast for future proofing (3-4 Years). - PRICE; the Price was very steep. I'm a firm believer that I could have found something the same or better for $500 cheaper. Included things like; Mouse, Keyboard, X-Box Game pass, Doom Game, etc, upped the price. but that's the game of buying pre-builts..... Overall: 4/5 Mainly due to the future proof capability of the rig

High Spec Gaming PC for a decent price

Recently purchased this PC and satisfied with its performance so far. Haven’t encountered any issues playing games such as Delta Force and BeamNG Drive (with ultra-high resolution setting). The fans seem to do a good job at pushing out the heat while playing games (room can get a little warm). Seems quite during normal usage. Fans blast during gaming to keep the PC cool, which is expected. Components inside seem well assembled. It came with pre-installed software called “ASRRGBLED” that allows us to control the LED color of the case. It is a big tower PC, make sure to check the dimensions. Overall, I think this is a good PC at a decent price.

Excellent desktop choice. Neat features, like the TI graphics card, 64 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD, and a water cooling system. Even more extraordinary slots for IT users. Use an ethernet cable for best experience. Fast, reliable, can be fixed if bogged down, very easily, and easy to use updates. 6 months in (I think) and still performs very well.

If you’re looking for a high-end gaming PC that’s ready to go right out of the box, the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop is a seriously impressive option. It’s packed with the latest hardware: an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor, a whopping 64GB of DDR5 RAM, and NVIDIA’s new RTX 5070 Ti graphics card with 16GB of VRAM. In plain English, this means you can play any modern game at ultra settings—even at 4K—and multitask like crazy, whether you’re streaming, editing video, or running a ton of apps at once. The 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD is super fast, so your games and files load almost instantly, and there’s plenty of room for a big game library. The system also comes with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, so you’re set for fast wireless connections, plus a generous selection of USB ports for all your gear. Liquid cooling keeps things quiet and cool, even when you’re pushing the hardware hard. Looks-wise, the case is sleek and modern, with customizable RGB lighting that adds a nice touch to any setup. Build quality is solid, and there’s room inside if you ever want to upgrade down the line. You even get a gaming keyboard and mouse in the box, so you can start playing right away. The main downside is the price—at around $2,650, it’s definitely a premium machine. Also, 64GB of RAM is more than most gamers will ever need, but it’s great if you do creative work or heavy multitasking. And, as with most prebuilt PCs, you don’t get to pick every single component brand. Overall, if you want a hassle-free, top-of-the-line gaming and creative PC that looks great and will stay relevant for years, this CyberPowerPC is a fantastic choice.

Great gaming PC Using on MSFS

Purchased this pc as upgrade due to my 2021 Gaming pc not having the power to run the newer MSFS2024. Overall like the lighting profiles this offers. The power in this PC with the newer GPS specs and the updated memory are doing a great job. The Graphics in the game are like night and day from the older GPU I had. Both the CPU and GPU on my older rig were always running on the high end 90%+ So I figure it was time to upgrade. Buying a new rig was my only update choice and for the money spent this new rig has lowered the GPU and CPU to almost half the % loads. The manufacturer tech support left a little to be desired but to be fair to them. I bought this on friday of a holiday weekend so support there was closed till monday. But they did respond a week later to an online question LOL. The pc runs well and is properly vented with the fans on it. So far liking everything on the unit.

This PC is an absolute beast and noticeably quieter than the RX 7900 XT version I previously had. I’m able to run every game I own at high or ultra settings in 4K without any issues. I do plan on upgrading to an OLED monitor later this year, likely a QHD or 1440p OLED to pair with this setup. I originally bought the RX 7900 XT version of this PC but ended up returning it. The AMD Adrenalin software felt overly complicated compared to NVIDIA’s GeForce Experience, where I can easily optimize my games with a single click. That might just be a personal preference, but I definitely appreciate the simplicity NVIDIA offers. Highly recommend this build, powerful, quiet, and hassle free.

This CyberPowerPC is an absolute beast. The Intel Core Ultra 9 and 64GB of RAM make everything super fast, and the RTX 5070 Ti handles games and graphics flawlessly on high settings. The 2TB SSD is lightning quick with plenty of space for all my games and files. It looks great, runs smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance. Definitely a solid buy if you want power and speed that will last for years.

My PC Died, But Best Buy Resurrected my Dreams

So, I got this CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop, right? Fresh out of the box, ready to conquer virtual worlds and, more importantly, churn out my highly classified, extremely artistic little bootleg labubus. You know, for art. Anyway, the very next day, this beast decided to play dead. Not even a sad little whir. My dreams of pixelated glory and mass-produced, slightly-off collectibles were CRUSHED. Panic set in. How would I explain this to my imaginary labubu fan club?! But then, like a knight in shining armor (or a blue shirt with a yellow tag), Best Buy rode to the rescue! I swear, that Best Buy Protection Plan I grabbed was basically a magic spell. I waltzed in, explained my predicament (probably with a touch of dramatic flair about the labubus), and they didn't even bat an eye. No questions asked! They just handed me a brand new PC, good as gold. It was faster than I could say "Where's my next batch of bootleg labubus?!" Now, my replacement PC is humming along beautifully. Games are running like a dream, and more critically, my labubu printing operation is back in full, glorious swing. This protection plan literally saved my sanity (and my artistic integrity). It's not just about gaming; it's about the fundamental right to print questionable fan art without interruption! Seriously, if you're buying a PC, get this protection plan. It's not just for crashes; it's for when your digital life, and your quirky hobbies, hang in the balance. Best Buy, you're the real MVP. And now, if you'll excuse me, I have some labubus calling my name.

I don't have the time to build a new PC = but the specs on this one caught my eyes. Shipping was fast, plays games smoothly (Baldur's Gate 3, Cyber Punk, Red Dead 2 etc...) Those are the only AAA games I really play - anything else on Steam runs great too. The PC is quiet and I haven't worried about it overheating (even being on the west side of the house with a window). If you're looking to upgrade your PC - I highly recommend this model/brand!
