Support issued an RMA, shipped the machine back, was anticipating getting the replacement tomorrow, and just found out they cancelled the shipment several days ago. 3 attempts to reach customer support today, 15 min permahold, calls dropped twice. On the line again now, hoping to get info...

One thing, the directions on the paper are not accurate. All you have to do is remove the top panel and then unscrew the middle

There is little bit of fan speed sound that's coming. The setup manual is not that great and didn't mention to install GPU Sag support
