The parts in the pc images are different from what I got. They gave me a gigabyte 5070 ti and an 057610 motherboard. Going to build my own gaming pc from now on.

0/10. It started with Windows being installed wrong and Best Buy refusing to take the computer back because I did not purchase a warranty through them. I had to spend an extra 280 dollars for a windows key and ssd to get it working how it should’ve out of the box. You hear the horror stories of pre builts and stores and here is another for you. It’s a fine computer now that I have fixed it but I shouldn’t have had to fix it in the first place.

NO GOOD PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILD CPU WENT OUT ON ME AND KILLED THE MOTHERBOARD TWICE. Intel Ultra series should have not been released they are very unstable and full of problems. Go AMD OR OLDER I intel chips.

I gave this computer a great review but now i have to reinstall my graphics card driver almost every day because it is showing green dot all over the screen and the only way to remove it is by reinstalling the graphics card driver. The graphics card is a gigabyte graphics card. I wish they would had installed a MSI instead. If this keep recurring I'll take it back to bestbuy.

First won worked for less than 30 days. My first symptoms started with monitoring not working, then no keyboard, then shortly after that no lights at all. I was able to return first one but the second one failed at 65 day mark. Now I have no computer and a store credit. If you buy this make sure get the warranty because you will need it.

Piece of trash that already burned out only about 16 days after buying it without even pushing the computer hard. Best Buy only tried selling me a 200$ service to diagnose it not repair it so i'm taking my money and hopefully fixable pc somewhere else.

BOUGHT THE COMPUTER AND ITS GETTING BLUE SCREEN AND GAME CRASHES. Computer restarts out of nowhere

I’ve had this pc for less then a year and it’s making noises like the roo fan is hitting a cord or a screw is loose I took it apart and can’t seem to find the problem I need help

Came with a broken power cord. After swapping that it worked for 2 months before it wouldnt even turn on. Best Buy returned it. Bad quality for the price.

The computer couldn't start using the NVIDIA card, but it was able to start with the onboard graphics card.

This PC has been awesome! I am relatively new to the PC gaming world and I wanted to purchase something that would perform and last for a long time. I am very happy to say that this PC is exactly what I was looking for. The speed and performance is unlike anything I’ve used before. Not to mention, it is a beauty to look at. You can customize the colors with the click of the button to personalize it however you’d like. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a powerful gaming PC!

MSFS 20 & 24 max settings, full cockpit build, running a Valve Index at 120. This thing doesnt even break a sweat.

Decent pc. Ive used several and have only had minor issues. You cant beat the black friday sales

I just purchased this Gaming PC today and it has lots of storage and memory and a good CPU and GPU for the price.

Great Desktop for great price. Can not find anything better. I will recommend it to my friends for sure !
