The Armoury Crate App is a nice touch for RGB customization. The included Elite M2 RGB Mouse stopped working within 2 weeks but a quick call to Customer Support and I received a replacement a few days later. I highly recommend this PC.

Exchanged for a new one on BestBuy. Let’s see this new one. If not work as well, I’ll change my review

Just keeps restarting. Support issued an RMA, shipped the machine back, was anticipating getting the replacement tomorrow, and just found out they cancelled the shipment several days ago. 3 attempts to reach customer support today, 15 min permahold, calls dropped twice. On the line again now, hoping to get info...
