Surprising turning point after all this time

It’s no secret that this game was a mess during launch specially on consoles, but at least they managed to salve part of the game and stop the app crashing every 5 minutes with the Next Gen Upgrade, by no means it’s the “future of gaming” experience they promised during their promotion days (unless the future of gaming is a grim one and they’re right) but at least the game is playable and not running into bugs all the time makes it decent

A much potential game but still a chance

For what it's worth, the story and the characters are pretty good. The gameplay itself, console-wise, isn't. You need at least a PS5 or an Xbox Series X to play the game well without experiencing too much issues. If you're not into that PC gaming with this game and you really want to play it on console, you can still invest on the game by just getting the game and wait for the next-gen upgrade. But if you really want to play then go ahead but take pre-caution and make a handful of saves. Usually RPG types like this one tend to be buggy. I understand how this game is, and still, heavy criticized but you can give it a chance and see how the game would have been if it was polished enough. All in all, I'm not saying buy the game but research as much as you can before you do. As for me, I'd still get this game anyways since I love the whole Cyberpunk scenery lol

The storyline is breathtaking! Love it and wanna play the whole day. So far saw a few textures and ~5 crashes. Advise: Don’t speed when you are in the city center - so the textures are loaded fine and the game will not crash. And don’t run to gather a big amount of enemies - the game will crash. I am Playing it on PS4 Pro and almost finished.

The version that comes on the disc is super janky, and would crash a LOT. However, CD Project Red has released a few major updates and the game runs much better. There's still a few glitches here and there, but I tell you hwhat, I love this game. Got my platinum and am playing again. Got over 450 hours across multiple save files. So much to see and do, and the story is one of the most intriguing I've seen in any game. There's so much to talk about. It's a dang shame CDPR bumbled the release and then got their servers hacked. As of this writing, this game is down to $30, which is an absolute steal. Buy it. Pics from Photo Mode.

First of all I would like to thank Best Buy for delivering my copy on release day bright and early. I haven’t played it yet because I only have a ps4 slim and I’m waiting for them to patch the bugs and crashes. I am probably going to wait until I get a ps5 before I get play Cyber Punk. Since you can no longer purchase 2077 digitally on the ps store at least for a couple of months, this game might become a collector’s item. I have to say CD Projekt Red did a fantastic job with the packaging. It comes with stickers, post cards, and even a map. The free steel book is awesome as well. Honestly I believe this game should have been delayed until 2022.

Game came with Steel Book and two Disks to install. The game was broken from day one. Kept crashing PS4 Pro. 10 months later 1.31 patches from CD Projekt Red fix road wetness and give you DLCs like a jacket. This game should of been released as a beta like it is. Almost a year after its release and it still crashes most systems. Other than that and the 100+ gb day one patch. Over 130gb total patches to get to 1.31 (Sept 2021) this game is amazing. Stunning detail and the cybertech is very fun. Looking forward to a real DLC and better system support.

There are a few reasons I docked points, surprisingly none of which relate to the game's infamously bad performance. I luckily have a PlayStation 5 and have noticed only one or two of the embarrassing bugs I've heard so much about. The actual writing of the game isn't very good - the few characters I've met in the first two hours are stretched so far into racial stereotypes that their dialogue just doesn't sound like a person anymore; it's completely laughable. Even the quest journal is written in this style. Additionally, the game case was shattered when I picked it up, unable to be put back together. I would have had to return or exchange it if my order hadn't come with a free steelbook as well. Basically, it's a fun game, but it's not worth $60 even when running well, unfortunately.

It was okay. Not the best glitches here and there and for those of you excited to see Keanu you have a big chunk of the game to go through before you meet him.

Transhumanism in many games and movies

Transhumanism is the mark of the beast, no one will buy and sell without an implant on their hand, or if they don't have hands, their forehead with the inscription of the number 666. The satanic freemasons who designed this game did well to implement their preconditioning and the masses remain oblivious due to not wanting to realize its none of the illuminati symbology is a coincidence to stay in their false comfortable reality. Apart from that the story is amazing, receives a 8/10 from me, i do find that the side missions get samey after a while, even though theyre all different, the map is huge and just ready to explore, my favorite clothing accessory is the illegally modified infovisor, its utterly stunning to me, compared to the rest of the dope accessories ***SPOILER ALERT**** And as for a photo, i will include a screenshot from my gameplay in where i am offered to literally sell/give my soul to a global banking conglomerate (company), where they specify my soul is their property free to destroy or preserve as they so deem

I loved the game honestly, especially after watching the anime. It took a while until it was deemed “playable” but after that rough patch, I have never looked back.

Got this during its $10 clearance deal. After its horrendous launch and updates, it is finally playable on the PS4 Pro and its amazing. The graphics are amazing and the story is great. Such a shame the its launch was bad that it drove away many players. Its story is truly amazing and a joy to play.

Game could use some work as there are issues that make this game seem “unfinished” (ie, unintended crashes), but overall presentation and the value seem worth the price. Just keep in mind that you might have to wait for patches if the glitches bother you. There is also a free digital upgrade optimized for the PS5, but I have not had the chance to play this version, yet. The included steelcase that you can get when buying from Best Buy is also a much appreciated bonus, and it comes separately from the packaged game.

I'm sure the actual story/content of this game is good however this game runs terribly on the PS4. Don't purchase until all the patches fix the bugs in this game probably around March 2021.

As beautiful as this game is with graphics and the construct, you should easily understand why so many people are frustrated with it as they are. Imagine waiting for something for 7 years, suppose to be product of the year, you finally get it after delay after delay after delay just to receive something you have to put the most work into saving & restarting from the home screen more than you even can play it. Now don’t get me wrong, is the game fun? Yes, alot to discover & explore everyday. But having to restart my game every 30 minutes of playing it is just tiresome dude. I cant even name another game out there that crashes as much as this one does or have as many bugs/glitches as this one does. I’ll be driving on the highway and all of a sudden Im falling through the street into a loophole with no landing. What’s interesting to me personally is how all these gaming media companies & people reviewed/played the game for 16 hours and none of them experienced any of this that we have. Or were they told not to say anything negative? because who knows, if they could put you on embargo to keep you from releasing info before release date, they can do anything.
