    Decent computer for the price

    I had this computer for 9 days. During that time, I was not able to manage the temperatures due to the case having horrible airflow. On day 9, the graphics card stopped working correctly, so i had to take this thing back. Cable management was not up to par, nor was the overall system. I would not recommend this system to anyone, you're better off building one yourself

      We thank you for your choice of this CLX SET system, and regret not only that you encountered an issue with the video card, but also that you felt that other aspects of the system were less than satisfactory. We also appreciate that you still consider it a decent computer for the price.

      We sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with the graphics card. The feedback does not mention if you contacted our Friendly Customer Service Team, but please know that we stand behind each of our products, and would have gladly assisted you with the graphics card issue, and any other questions or concerns.

      Unfortunately, no matter the brand or solid quality of a component or system, they are physical items and subject to a failure rate, no matter how small. We endeavor to minimize these issues for our customers, by thoroughly stress-testing each system prior to shipment. Even with this precaution, there are those components that only develop or express an issue after shipment.

      With regard to the temperatures, although they may seem warm at times, in testing this configuration prior to distribution, we found that the system temperatures did not exceed the operational thermal boundaries of the components. This of course presumes that air flow to the system is not restricted and that the environment is compatible, i.e., the system isn't too near a wall, in an enclosed space, etc., and the ambient room temperature is not above the mid 70's Fahrenheit, etc.

      Also, the feedback mentions that you felt the cable management was, "...not up to par…". This is especially concerning to us, as we consider proper cable management to maximize airflow to be very important, and this is taken into careful consideration for each of our configurations, by our design and build teams.

      We take the high quality of our builds very seriously, so if you would be willing, we would humbly ask that you contact our Friendly Customer Service Team, so that we could examine the build history and pre-shipment images of the specific system you received, to ensure that the cable management plan was not deviated from.     Just received today and turned on to have nothing but blue screens and headaches. Expected much more for $3000. Returning for full refund.
