Limited network compatibility

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to review the Cync Smart Ceiling Fan Speed Switch. Our Wi-Fi enabled devices are compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. In most instances we see split networks where you need to connect your mobile device itself to the 2.4GHz network directly before commissioning the device. If you have a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and are unable to connect the device to our application we would be more than happy to assist.
