This is a great product for your office. The software system is a little confusing.

This camera is medicore. The software isn't polished whatsoever, and that makes it a hassle to use. It does relatively the same features, but the UI isn't intuitive, and camera doesn't move in the right direction about half of the time when controlled.

The Good: Solid hardware. Great range of movement; Pans 360 Horizontally and 180 Vertically. Picture is good in light and dark environments. Microphone picks up sound well, and the speaker is good. Bad: Software app could be better. Sometimes was not able to move camera with app. Only one person can use the app for the camera, so not practical for a family. If software was better,I would add 1 star.

I own several D-link cameras. They are well built. This one feels cheap right out of the box. It lasted one night and the sensor messed up on it. I returned it the next day. The company is working towards making setup easier than it was. I think they are headed in the right direction with the software for the ordinary consumer. Their hardware however, is a big fail! Better software is worthless if the hardware can't last two days!
