It was a little difficult to link to my wifi, but once it was set it up it works so well. It's extremely convenient to be able to pull up the video feed with audio anywhere or anytime I want through my smart device. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase a wifi camera and does not want to spend the higher dollar amount for some of the other more expensive ones.

Having become disgusted with a well-known alarm company I chose to go the DIY route. I have lots of components such as motion sensors, door entry sensers, Amazon Electra, controlled switches, but needed to add cameras. I purchased one as a start. It seems to be working fine but setting up the features is confusing. It took an hour on the phone with tech to get it working the first time and since then whenever internet or the router burps I have to go through the setup again, which has to be done in the presence of the camera. It went offline while I was out of town and was useless for 3 days until I got home. The purpose is for it to work when I'm gone, not at home. When it works I log in on my phone and can see live pictures. I still need to figure out how to have it start recording to the separately purchased SD card when it detects motion. I haven't tried to connect it to Alexa because it doesn't need to be. I will probably purchase two more as soon as I know how to get this fully functional.
