Great and then epic fail

We recently got a new cable provider and now the camera will not work. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service to no avail. Trying to hook in local or remote does not work. Using the cameras wifi states that no camera detected. This is very frustrating. The camera still does not work and I'm off to purchase a new one by a different company.

It’s okay

They both eventually failed in the sense that they will no longer connect to my WiFi. Even after factory resets, they just gave up. When they worked, they were not bad. App was easy enough to use. They would still randomly disconnect though and just completely forget how to connect to WiFi randomly though.
