We had difficulty getting this to work with our iphone 7. I love the live stream video, but don't like the idea of a monthly fee if you want your video to record.

I use the camera with local wifi and through the Internet with the cloud setup. I cleaned the lens with a microfiber cloth to remove some distortion in the picture. The low light is infared monochrome and normal light is color.

Horrible, app., horrible customer service! The thing neve recorded when it was supposed to, yet recorded and push alerted to motion, when there was none!

Never could get this camera to connect to my wi-fi.

I bought this camera for my daughter so she could watch her cats. the interface seemed easy enough but the camera would not connect to phone or computer. no matter what I tried the camera could not be found. when I called customer service for help whatever they tried did not work either and I was told I was doing something wrong not that the camera was bad. Do not buy.

While there is other options out there they require subscriptions and such to keep going. This not only has not subscription requirement but also is wireless and has local storage ability for recording.

Has issues probably could be fixed with software updates. Camera will loose some footage between recordings and does not pick up records fast enough.

This camera is average. The software could have been a little. It sometimes take a long time to access the video.

Set it up to watch my home when I am away, works ok but I do not like that you have to be near a plug in to work, I would prefer it wireless, so there is more choices to place it. Also sometimes video stops.

Works pretty good when it works but doesn't always connect needs to be close to wireless router and that helps but still has trouble connecting

We brought this camera to keep an eye on our elderly mother to know when she needed to get up in the middle of the night. The product worked great and has been very important in caring for her.

Disappointed! Not Windows 10, compatible. The box states Windows capable. It's Only compatible with Windows 8.0. This is already antiquated!

I was not happy with this camera. It was not worth purchasing.

It works fine but you need a card to record video. That's all I had to say but apparently I need 50 characters to submit this so here we go

It's slower in processing images and if the power goes the unit does too. Guess it can't be helped based on the nature of the item.

We use this product out in our garage. We can not see in our detached garage. This is great because if there is any movement out there we are notified and the picture comes up on the cell phone

Bought this camera a couple of months ago and it works very well. We have had zero issues with it. Camera stays connected to our wifi and we can view it anytime using the Dlink lite app.

Tried to set the camera up about 9 times before it finally got connected. It kept say no cameras available when the app would look for the camera. Then it would disconnect all the time and I would have to start all over again. Then after 3 weeks it was disconnected and has never been able to be connected again. Basically useless.

It was a little tuff to get to work on my phone. After I did the update it worked great. The cord for the power needs to be longer.

I bought this camera due to having a 14 year old daughter. It was so easy to set up and monitor from my phone. I highly recommend this camera. Easy to use and easy to conceal.
