Can't get motion sensor trigger adjusted properly

The notifications and recording would either not happen at all or go off every one or two minutes. When I asked the store manager if I could extend the return period to keep trying, he said he could not. The manager also said that they have been having problems with this model and to return it for a full refund.

Could not set up an account on the app. Kept telling me that I was using a bad email address. Now that I have dealt with this problem for over 2 weeks trying everything that I know to make it work. Best Buy will not refund or exchange the product.
