    This product is just ok. It drops the wifi all the time. I will not trecomend this product at all

    Of all the wireless camera I own by D-Link, this by far Very Slow, un-responsive. poor quality.

    Bought this camera for use in house and had trouble getting it to work. Called product support for D-Link and they couldn't fix it either and suggested I return to Best Buy. Best Buy was great and immediately refunded me, but based on that experience with D-Link, decided to go with another brand. Best Buy was great!

    could not get it to work - every time I tried to add it to my network it took out the entire network and I had to reboot the router. I was able to get tech support on the phone(on a Sunday) pretty quickly but they could not solve it. They're blaming it on my router. Will be returning it and trying another brand

    Spent time trying to get item to work and finally called tech support for D-Link. After much time and attempts, the service rep indicated item was probably broken and I should return it back to Best Buy. No questions asked at store which was great, but obviously did not get another.

    I've had this camera for about 3 weeks now and I'm really happy with it. The install was very easy so not sure why some had issues. I used the WPS quick setup and it worked flawlessly. The night vision is wonderful and I love the notifications I can set up. The 130 degree wide field of view is a plus and I can view my entire living room, kitchen and dinning area. I live in an apartment and heard from neighbors that maintenance was leaving my door open when they were in my place after I told them to keep it closed so my cat doesn't get out. I was able to witness them indeed leaving the front door open after I got an alert there was motion in my apartment. This camera is inexpensive and a great deal. The app is buggy but no real issues.

    Couldn't even connect to our internet. Tried to follow instructions and even called customer service to be directed online where nothing helped. The first thing a camera product like this should do is have easy access and set-up. This was not so we returned it.

    unable to link it to the netgear wifi extender.

    I was told it would work with the wifi extender.but I wasn't able to make it work. My wifi was on vacation hold and I used the netgear to bring my neighbors wifi into the house. It may work fine when connected directly to my wifi.

    This is one of those good ideas that just doesn't work when produced for sale. The unit I purchased would not communicate with my equipment. I still don't know why. After several hours of no response, the item was returned.

    Hard to install. I’ve got other cameras that were easy to add to my home. These D link cameras were impossible to get working and I returned them for Zmodo cameras which were a breeze to setup.

    Bought this and had to return it because for the life of me I was not able to set this up. Spent HOURS on it and still doesn't work. Instructions wasn't very useful. Tried googling and nope, nothing helps.
