Did nothing that it was supposed to do.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent 6 hours and talked to 4 Dlink technicians about getting this camera to work, but nothing. The last tech asked me to re-install the app DLINK LITE and when I did, was not able to reconnect...it was getting late. I'll be making the 15-mile trip back to Best Buy tomorrow to check out another brand. Can',t say anything about picture quality--never saw any. 1 star because I think they really tried--and were very nice.

Experienced IT person hates it

The setup was confusing. (Mind you that I have worked in IT for 34 years!). Even after adjusting the movement sensitivity, the camera takes photos and sends them to my mobile phone pretty much all day. No one is in the house! It is a total waste. I am going to buy the brand that I know works well, FOSCAM

Worst Dlink product

I installed an SDcard and changed setting to record onto SDcard on "motion" it doesn't record at all. When I changed to record "always" option it record 30 seconds or 1 minute video clips. Never ever buy this product.

Does not work -- DO NOT BUY

The so-called "blue lights" for the WSP, does not work nor does it turn to that color -- actually, it doesn't turn any colors at all. Doesn't allow you to create an account or anything. Seriously..what is the point for this camera if it doesn't work?

Never worked.

Called the customer service line and they just kept taking me in circles. Uninstall the app, then reinstall it. Did this three times. After an hour of trying to set it up i just returned it and got something else.

Not a good product to get

Customer service was a bad experience as no fix was found. Dlink Customer service provided me a case number and told me to return the product to store. Not happy about this purchase. Does not connect to WiFi completely. Using a Motorola phone for set up.

Would Not Detect or Connect to NetGear Nighhawk

My Opinion anything that takes this long to setup and tech support is unable to troubleshoot should get less than one star. Taking it back to Best Buy.

Aweful product and service from D-Link.

It's constantly jittery over 100 Mb internet link. Constantly gives delayed notifications. And too frequently I am unable to connect. What a waste of money.

Quit after a few months
