    im not sure if the camera I got was defective or not but we went on vacation and I couldn't view any video. it said it was connected but I was receiving anything. has anyone else had this problem?

    As with all d link products this one sucked... Kasa is a much better and easier camera to use with much better picture quality.

    Camera keeps disconnecting. Bought them for condo in florida Have to get condo manager to keep unplugging and plugging back in.

    We had trouble connecting to wifi, plus the camera wouldn't connect most of the time when away. Very temperamental! Returned it! Bought a Logitech. No problems at all!

    I am proficient at setting up a simple system like this. Well, after 1 ½ hours, I called it a day. I ended up returning and buying a Canary and Arlo Pro system. The system would not connect to our WiFi? After returning and purchasing the Canary and Arlo systems, I realized it definitely was the product and not me, as setup with the other two was a piece of cake! I really wanted this product to work, and I begrudgingly returned, realizing it would not be doing the job for us.

    I had bought this product and I had nothing but issues with it since the day I bought it. My first issue is that it loose signal. I cannot log into it to display what's going on, second issue is that it shows no notification on any of my mobile devices. D-Link needs to update there software or more people like me will want a refund. I would never recommend this to no one, look for other security camera

    spent 8 hours trying to connect to wifi. unsuccessful. wired Ethernet worked great. returned the camera

    I was assured by the salesperson that this was easy to install. I really tried. I am moderately technically savy but it was beyond me. I returned the product. Please check that this return has been processed on my banking account and let me know it has been processed.

    Impossible to install.

    Installation completely impossible and didn't work after countless attempts. Big disappointment, returned it and bought a NEST camera instead... which was super easy compared to this thing.
