    Text Edit A year ago, we decided to replace our Samsung refrigerator. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. We just wanted a new one. We were going to move the Samsung to the garage and make it the backup (my beer fridge). We went to Best Buy, and that's where we learned that Samsung has a high-end refrigerator called Dacor. We had never heard of it up until then. We liked it, we bought it, and couldn't wait to get it delivered. A few weeks later, it was delivered. The Samsung then moved to the garage. Fast forward about 6 months, and we started noticing a bunch of small dents across all 4 doors of the Dacor. 'Some high end!' I told my wife. I went out to the garage and tried to find a single dent on the Samsung, but there was nothing. Not one dent on it. We called Dacor, and they told us it only comes with a 30-day cosmetic warranty. Go figure. We then started to look at reviews, and there they were. Lots of them with dented doors. You would think for a $3500 fridge that it would come with better doors. At least that's what the salesman told us. Fast forward a couple of more months, and we noticed water leaking from under the left crisper drawer. I opened the drawer and noticed a thin layer of ice forming under it. I peeled away the ice and threw it away in the sink, just to have another layer form again a few days later. So, I got on the phone with Dacor again. We got an appointment with a local appliance repair center. A few days later they came out and replaced a part, and it seemed to be fixed. A month later, the freezer started making a horrible noise when making ice. After looking in the trays after the ice drops, there were some ice cubes and some water in the trays. Here we go again. I got on the phone with Dacor once again. The same repair place came out to our house again to fix the broken fridge. We are 15 months into a 24-month warranty period with our Dacor refrigerator. Something tells me I will be on the phone with Dacor again in the next upcoming months. And when the warranty is up, my Dacor will be at the curb replaced with a different brand fridge. User's recommendation: Please do not purchase. Do your research!

    Its just a cheap fridge in wolfs clothes. Plastic parts break even after RMAing them. Its too expensice to be this cheaply made.

    ice maker broke after 2 years. Ice is also all over the place and is not staying in a tray as it supposed to . Hard to clean

    Beware of Dacor products! The ice-maker and water line broke within 6 months and the parts are on back order. I have not had a working refrigerator in 5 weeks. Dacor product support is non existent.

    We purchased this refrigerator a month ago and love it! Not only is it beautiful with its clean lines, but it works so well for our family. We especially love the hidden beverage center. The water pitcher with infuser is especially useful when filling water bottles that have small openings. We also really like the interior ice bins, with the accompanying scoop, that store small and regular sized ice cubes. We cannot say enough great things about this refrigerator!

    I do not recommend buying a fridge from Best Buy. After being stood up (taking a day off work) for my first delivery window, the next available delivery date was 8 days later. I took another day off work for the 2nd delivery, only to have a damaged fridge delivered. They can't tell me when they'll get the next one. Add in the 3 hours of sitting on the phone with BB Home Services, only to get no answers, and I'm very frustrated.
