Installed but not working. Installers required everything and said it is a faulty unit. They just left me with this broken unit and my kitchen a mess where they grinded my granite cut out so granite dust is everywhere and the wiring is not safe and exposed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worst customer experience ever product was dropped but on backorder for 2 months to replace with no plan or willingness to resolve anything
