We received and had our Dacor 42" refrigerator installed yesterday. I was taking a gamble on this fridge since I had not seen it in person, but I was persuaded by the excellent reputation of the company and the look, feel and quality of their other products which I had seen in my local dealer. The fridge is very spacious with bright interior lights, stainless steel trim panels on the interior as well as a full exterior stainless finish. This freezer side takes top prize in freezer space with three full-size drawers and four shelves. The refrigerator is also very roomy with three pull-out drawers. Although I do wish the drawers had adjustable humidity controls. Make no mistake, this is a luxury, upscale refrigerator as all built-ins are. But this one was the best for us in terms of look, finish, pricing and features compared to its Kitchen-Aid and Viking competitors which were a lot pricier and did not have the same volume of freezer space.

Yes truly amazing refrigerator. Look and feel, slick handles, sturdiness, led lights, cabinets everything looks awesome. Dispenser is a great addition. I was chasing Thermador, GE Monogram refrigerator. They are on back order. Same time came across Decor and made my mind for it. Kudos to Delivery and installation services through Best Buy. Perfect fit within built-in cabinets. It’s been 1 month and totally happy with my decision and purchase of Decor refrigerator.

We love this refrigerator! The inside is set up so efficiently that even though it is smaller (by the cu Ft) than our last fridge, it holds more. Love the freezer space too. Not to mention it is gorgeous!

I bought this fridge unseen after my kitchenaid 42” died. Since there isn’t much choice out there for this size fridge I had to do some careful research and came up with this unit. Most of reviews were positive about this fridge and although I wasn’t familiar with the brand but I was familiar with its parent company which is Samsung. Installation went smoothly and it really does look and feels like a quality product. Love the self closing door feature. Temperature is also seem very accurate. I bought a 5 year warranty as well just in case.

Stunning look in my kitchen, more than ample storage, display/controls and dispenser easy to use, brightly lit interior, and reasonably priced!

I am not sure that it deserves even one star. A very expensive refrigerator/ freezer that breaks down after 9 months. If you don't buy protection from Best Buy, you are on your own and it will be very hard to find a repairman from Dacor diretly, 4 days waiting for Dacor repairman to arrive. Just imagine the freezer! Look into other brands.

This Dacor 42" Built-in is a really nice replacement to the GE Monogram buil-in circa 2006. It seems to circulate air better, the ice maker is great and works well, and the storage is deeper. It was a perfect fit as well to the space the GE was in, and the water hookup was a breeze with the provided kit. Super quiet too. You'll need movers/installers to get this beast in the house, and Best Buy did a decent job. Just make sure doors are aligned/adjusted before they leave. But honestly, it's super easy to do yourself on this Dacor. Happy with this purchase.

Bought it to replace a 10 yr old GE Profile. So glad it fits PERFECTLY! Thanks to the Best Buy in home consultation - we were able to find this replacement that was perfect for our cabinetry. The fridge has a nice finish. The LED lights are nice and bright and very evenly lights up the interior. Must add that it is a very silent fridge. The water dispenser works well. This is one of the very very few counter depth fridges with a dispenser.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace a KitchenAid version that had only lasted 4 years. Built-in refrigerators look great at home, but they are expensive to replace and they aren't very deep. That being said, we are very happy with our Dacor purchase. It's sleek looking inside and out, very quiet and so far works great! I had never heard of Dacor, so I had to do some research. It's comforting to know their parent company is Samsung. Happy with our purchase!

We like the fridge so far and are happy with its design and function. Had it a few months and it is working as it is supposed to. The price tag is higher than regular refrigerators, but lower than many "built in " styles. So far, so good.

Despite of a few hiccups with the delivery and overhaul of the old fridge; the sales rep who went to our house twice still made it happen to prevent further delay of the fridge. The customer service rep also compensated us with a gift card. Best Buy is better than ABT in a way that it has a service wherein the sales rep will come to the house to make sure that the right appliance will fit into the customized placement as well as the customer’s BUDGET which made a HUGE FACTOR in my decision to buy my $8500.00 custom built refrigerator from them! I know that there is a huge delay in the delivery of everything but please it’s an OVERUSED excuse and I hope that other appliance store DON’t make it seem that they are the only SUPPLIER of such appliance.
