My kids love the soft/self closing doors. Only complaint would be the fridge door does not have a gallon milk tray. Have to stick it on a shelf. Great price compared to similar models.

Replaced with 2nd refrigerator. Same problem. Making ice but will not dispense. Open freezer door & falls out into freezer & on the floor. Had to call Dacor 2 times to get a get a ticket number for repair. Gave me a appliance repair company that no longer repairs Samsung appliances. 2nd call gave me a ticket number for another appliance repair company. For a fairly expensive refrigerator too many problems. Never ever had anything like this . I have had 7 homes & never had a situation like this. Can’t recommend this product.
