Knobs broke during 2nd use

Attractive range, nice features. Unfortunately the 2nd time I tried to turn the oven on both oven control knobs broke. It seems there is a major design flaw as the display model at my local store had an oven knob broken in the exact same way. Fortunately I was within my 14 day return window when this broke. I plan to return this and try a different range that may hold up better.

Dacor oven not able to use.

Less then 30 days one stove knob breaks. Had order new knob and will not able use oven over Xmas holiday. Not good. I your stand Best Buy tells me they had this problem with other customers.

Horribe stove!!

Oven is horrible burns baked foods cakes empanadas everything it burns from half side back while other half front is still under cooked just horrible expensive stove!! We called technican came tested it and it turns out this ranges are just deffective badly designed they replaced the parts twice and it was still burning everything just as the beginning!

Dacor Appliances are the BEST

Waiting on this to arrive but, this will be my third kitchen with Dacor. They make a very high quality product and I love how easy it is to keep the top surface clean. I love how reliably it cooks and its looks are the bomb in my new kitchen.
