Good size for a compact oven and heats food quickly for a 700 watt oven. I wanted a turntable and it has it. I also like the quick cook feature...hit 3 and it starts cooking for 3 minutes instead of having to hit 3, 0, 0 and then start.

It arrived as promised and it arrived without damage. She was able to set it up with ease and has no complaints about it. Told her if anything about it was not to her liking I would happily send her a different one and she could sell this one to someone else in the dorm. Since she has not taken me up on that offer I consider the unit to be performing well and keeping her in pop corn and other goodies.
