Received two damaged products.

While I would like to be reviewing this product, unfortunately I can only review the two damaged units I have received.
The first one I received was damaged on 3 out of the 4 sided. The second was I opened in the store and refused to take it due to the damage. It wasn't as damaged as the first one, but I didn't open the box as much as the first. Best Buy failed me twice to deliver a product that wasn't damaged. Unfortunately I will have to go else where for the next product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Does a great job though don't think it fits as many dishes as it says it does. Easy to hook up and runs quiet. Very satisfied with it

Arrived broken, no one around will service Danby

Purchased Danby 17.7 portable dishwasher. 1st time it was used it poured water out of bottom. Called Danby customer service and given 3 authorized repair service companies. One doesn't service this brand any more, one will service only if you buy it from them and the 3rd wont answer their phone. Called Danby again and demanded an exchange and they refused. Very argumentative. Refused to give me a manager. Done with Danby! Returning unit to Best Buy and will buy another brand.
