Damage wine cooler on arrival

They order me 4 wine coolers (24) bottle, all were damage. BestBuy gave me the option to order another type without any more money. I did have them order me a step up wine cooler(36) bottles. It took 2 order before one came in the store not damage.

The below 0 temperature got it. My fault, sjould have turned it off. Such good experience led to getting another unit like original.

Great Product

I had a much smaller wine cooler/fridge from Danby and worked great for over 15 years. It’s still working and gave it to a family member to enjoy. Great product.

Hard to set the temperature

There is no way to "set" a specific temperature. The temperature tends to vary a lot, as much as 10 -15 degrees even when the temperature setting remains the same.

We apologize for this experience and thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sometimes a leaking wine cooler results from too much condensation. Please ensure the door is closed correctly. Ensure the seals on the doors are free of any tears or rips and are sealing properly. You can test the seal and correct the problem with a check-size piece of paper and a hair dryer set on low. To test the seal, you will need to open the door and place the paper on the fridge frame. Hold the paper in place and close the door. Once the door is closed, you remove the paper. If you are finding resistance, that means the gasket is sealing properly. Try the paper test in multiple spots around the door frame, and if you find an area without resistance, you will heat the gasket with the hair dryer. This should expand the seal and resolve the leak. Lastly, please give your unit a hard reboot. Unplug it and plug it back in after 15-20 minutes. This allows the unit to go back to factory settings. If you still encounter the same issue after performing the hard reboot, don't hesitate to contact our consumer support team at consumerservice@danby.com or fill out your information at https://www.danby.com/support/.

Not happy with Condensation
