    Best Buy delivered the refrig to my driveway and left. I called the customer service and was told this item was not qualified to deliver into my house! Are you kidding me? Why when I ordered it online the website didn't state this? Well, after I asked some friends to help me move it in (my wrist was injured and could lift weight) then opened the box, I found the door was damaged. If I chose to refund or exchange, I had to go through it again, so I accepted the 10% discount offer. I'm not a happy customer at all!

    The fridge is as expected except it arrived incredibly dented and customer service is not easily accessible to submit that it arrived damaged.

    I live in a 1930s apartment building, so I had to find a refrigerator less than 22 inches in width. Meaning I had limited options. What I like about this: Doors could be altered to open to the left. Color is nice neutral silver. I would have preferred more space for the fridge, less for the freezer. But like I said, limited options. And the Best Buy people were quite nice. A day after I bought it, it went on sale. So when I called Best Buy, they gave me the sales price

    Everything was perfect except the condition of the fridge when unboxed. It was dented and scratched. It was installed on a yacht and needed I for a trip and didn’t have an opportunity to exchange it.

    I know exactly what I needed I am very satisfied with the product. But there was a little damage during shipping and handling, next time do a better job of protecting merchandise so there is no damage during the shipping process.

    Danby Dented in Transit and agents trying to fix

    I want to exchange and not return this fridge because it was damaged in transit. When the Geek Squad came to install it, they reported exterior dents to the supervisor. I have booked a new appointment with the Geek Squad for Monday, August 12 for the exchange of new fridge sku #6467055, but I have received the Best Buy confimation yet. This cost me so many hrs on the phone and no word yet.

    The product was damaged. it was not noticed until the box was removed. After several attempts to return the product was unsuccessful. I just decided to keep the product with a 10% discount. I will not consider purchase a product of this type in the future.

    It was delivered a day early and sat on the apt. porch, blocking my downstairs neighbor! It was in jeopardy of being stolen overnight! Also the freezer door was dented! A day after it was installed, I had to go buy the proper outlet and extension cord. Why such a short cord on refridge? Also, the installers told me I had to make another appointment to have door opening reversed! Ridiculous!

    The refrigerator was delivered to my front porch. It was not easy to move at all. Also once unpacked there were dents in the side.
