Great ac unit

It is extremely easy to instal.it comes with a window bracket and all the seals you need.just trim them to fit your window.it is so quiet i forget it is on.it can be programmed to turn off.or control wirelessly through your wifi router.i will be buying another one when I win the $400 gift card !!!

BETTER WINDOW UNIT, BETTER LIFE!

I really, really like this unit. I like the option to be Wi-Fi controlled. It cools the room off quickly, the air deflector is great, the scheduling is easy to program, and it is very quiet. When installing the unit, it should be two people because it is quite heavy. I would that the half of the unit that sits inside the room extends about 1" - 1.5" too much inward. My house is about 1202 sq. ft. and using three units, my monthly electric bills are $35-$58. What a blessing from $300+ monthly!!! With the heat advisories in the triple digits here in the Southeast, I am extremely happy with this unit!

After the set-up it is really easy to get it started. Everything you need comes with the unit. Works with alexa or Google home. I would highly recommend this ac unit for anyone looking for the next level in air conditioners . Previously I would have to turn my TV volume up to 15 with my old unit and couldn't run it on energy efficient/Eco because it was too loud when cycling on and off. Once I got this one the TV volume is at 4 or 5 and I actually can run it on eco instead of all night. It also just cools so much better and sometimes I get too cold! The setup was fairly easy and took maybe an hour for the two of us, I also have very old windows so it just fit in between. I do love having the app and having it set to a schedule so when I come to bed the room has already started cooling and it'll turn off about 10 mins after my alarm in the morning.

Great bedroom air conditioner

Researched the noise level on many and found this to be so quiet, I have to check to see if it is still on. The price was worth it. Terrible Customer Service

I raved about it to everyone and now I’m getting an error code PC 04. Reached out to Best Buy and they won’t send someone to my home to look at it. They want me to take it out of my window and bring it in for them to look at it. For an average person, this was not an easy install and it is not easy to uninstall. Best Buy told me to reach out to Danby to see if they will do anything. I’m very disappointed with the way Best Buy has handled this issue. Apparently, being a Best Buy member/card holder means nothing.

With my old standard a/c unit, I would have to keep adjusting the volume on the TV for when it would kick on and off. Not with this though. All you hear is the fan and it barely makes a sound. Setup and installation of the support bracket was easy and not having to deal with those accordion things that cover the open part of the window is a plus. Just cut the thick foam block to size to seal everything up and you're good to go. I'll definitely be getting a couple more of these to replace my other units.
