    Not drain well and it’s loud.fix drain issue by drilling extra holes. Remote it’s not great too.Regarding cooling works great, keep my kitchen and day room ( 1000sqf) and it’s rated for 12000btu 550 sqf even on 100F day around 75 f. I’m happy with it.
